Have stayed here multiple times over many years. As usual, the service from team members was professional, friendly, and on point.
Raven, Lea and Angel (and others whose names I do not recall) were awesome. The guards are excellent and super helpful as well. The lobby bar is renovated and quite comfortable. The room we got was fantastic.

The staff is one of the main reasons i come back to this hotel. Always accommodating. I stayed at a hotel around the corner it was a 5-star hotel, but they didn't go out of their way to be friendly so i stop going there.

This property looks nothing like the photos. It is a tired, old building, and no money is being put into making it nice anymore. The pool area not well maintained either, with pool water not looking clean. Very disappointed. The positive was the hotel and restaurant staff. Breakfast was ok, but no fresh fruit. Staff did their best to clean, but hard to clean old, cracked sinks and tile, and stained curtains. No hand soap either.

The hotel needs a bit of attention. The cleaning standards was low imo and it also needs maintenance specifically around the lift areas and corridors. The room was ok, pretty basic but the bed was comfortable. The ac is probably on its last breath. The toilet was ok but there was no hot water. I could have told the reception but I did not want to move as we had a lot of unpacked luggage.

Save your money. White sheer curtains were gray with dust. Some pans failed to work with induction heater. NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER AT ALL. Furniture was old with ripped upholstery.
We had to leave early because the filth from the curtains was making us all sick.

I like the fact that the room had a microwave and a kettle for brewing hot water to make tea. This has been harder to find over the past decade. Overall a comfortable place. I do wish that maintenance would pay more attention to loose items like the toilet seat, which would slide to one side when you sit on it because it isn't secure.

Water for the shower was warm at best. Elevators were a bit wonky, as if they didn’t communicate with each other. There were only two, and a service elevator for a 20 story building. The add-on breakfast was pretty good. You could order a breakfast meal and they also had unlimited soups, toast and fruits. Overall not a bad experience. The staff were great!

Room is exactly what appears on the pictures taken when it was totally brand new I assume. It is now pretty worn out and especially the furnitures and kitchen. It needs a facelift to relect the current condition. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

This was my first trip to the Philippines in Makati City and Y2 Residence went above and beyond my expectations during my stay. The ladies at the reception desk are very friendly and helpful, and I loved chatting with all of them everyday. The restaurant in the lobby is great for convenience for the breakfast meal. All the Housekeeping staff was friendly and able to assist other needs on short notice. I don’t remember all the names of the staff but the ladies at the front desk, Mia, Angel, Chrish, Bea, and all the rest of the staff I will never forget for the help they gave me. I am already preparing for my next trip and I will be staying here because of the staff

Location is very good as we previously lived nearby. Close to shopping malls, restaurants, others. Daily change of clean bath towels is recommendable though lack of requested face towels. Kitchen amenities is a plus with fridge & microwave.
