As required by the Singapore government, travellers transiting in Singapore (“Connecting Passengers”) will have to comply with stringent measures to protect the safety and wellbeing of all our hotel guests and staff. In this regard, you are strictly required to remain in your designated room at all times throughout your stay with us. airport police will be notified should you fail to comply with the requirements. Further, in order to facilitate the relevant receiving and handover process which we are required to implement for all Connecting Passengers, you will be required to provide certain details which includes your Personal Data1. By providing such details, you are indicating your unconditional agreement that we may collect your Personal Data and disclose it to the airport operator, any government or regulatory authorities to fulfill our obligations under applicable laws, directives, orders, policies and/or regulations. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room as it will activate the fire alarm system. Should you need to smoke, please contact our front desk by dialing ‘0’ and our staff will escort you to the designated smoking area. The penalty for smoking in the room is $3,000.00 SGD. You must follow these instructions closely to protect the health and safety of everyone else, and in making your stay here as comfortable as possible. STRICTLY REQUIRED BY HOTEL TO PROCESS GUEST'S RESERVATION (MANDATORY / COMPULSORY):

1. To avoid inconvenience, Guest must provide Flight details and check-in time to enable hotel to process the booking.
2. Guests must provide boarding pass to Hotel upon check-in.
3. Hotel will hold room 90 minutes at flight landed time/ requested Check-in time. Full rate of No Show fee will be charged if Guest fail to Check-in.
4. Note that the check-in and check-out time will follow guest's arrival timing and room hour usage booked.
5. This is an airport transit hotel located within the transit area. Due to security reasons, guests will not be able to go out from the transit area.
6. Booking is strictly following the cancellation policy and non-amendable.
