Best option to choose when you are in transit in Singapore. Overall, everything was perfect.

The hotel was very easy to find. Check-in was easy and the room spotless with a bathroom with shower also spotless. I rate the stay a 10 out of 10 and so glad I booked a place to rest and shower during my 8 hour layover in Singapore airport. I highly recommend - this was far better than trying to sleep in a chair in the airport before my 14 hour flight to Seattle.

The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. This was a great experience. Staff were friendly and being next to Changi Village means we had plenty of food options.

Great facilities, even the front desk staff are very nice and well-detailed in their explanation, because I purchased a 3-hour package that includes a shower. It's worth it for me while waiting for my flight to Jakarta at 7 AM. I wish I will come again to this lounge if I have other flights.

As we had a 5-6 hour wait for our connecting flight we chose to spend 3 hours at the Plaza Premium, which was very relaxing and definitely worth the price.
