Had a great stay at Orchard Hotel. We're upgraded to premier room that comes worh bath tub amd king size bed that can fit all three of us. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied and when we came at about 8am there were not many guests and the spread is plenty. If you're driving they will give complimentary parking as well. 👍🏼

I really like this place because the location is strategic and it is incredibly close to everything in Orchard. The room is standard, but it is very comfy because it is clean and all the amenities inside work perfectly, such as the cold AC and the fact that there is no damage whatsoever. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious!! 😋 Even though there are not many options, the food quality is excellent. What I love the most, however, is the laundry service. We do not have to go out looking for a laundry place and wait around because laundry facilities are provided right here. You just need to exchange your money for coins, and you can conveniently wait in your room. Lastly, the staff members are very humble and informative, especially the one who assisted with our initial check-in, as they were incredibly kind.

Main shopping centers all around you and close to many of the main attraction points. Staff were wonderful and helpful, really enjoyed my stay.

Nice hotel and clean. I always stay here when I come to Singapore, all the staff are helpful and friendly, especially the front office staff. Near to Mt E hospital and just a walk to Orchard city center. Very recommended hotel. Will be back to stay again.

Hotel location near Orchard Road is convenient for a stroll to nearby malls, restaurants, and shops. Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. The room was large, clean, the bed comfortable, air conditioned cold, and water pressure strong. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Will repeat my stay if I visit Singapore again.

The hotel room was spick and span, and I mean even when it came to dust. Very pleasant stay and friendly service staff with two cute robots.

This is my first time staying around Stevens and I love the neighborhood. Another thing that is important to me is that there's a bus stop just in front of and across the hotel. The hotel also has Killiney Go and 7/11, which is very convenient. Overall service, cleanliness, and room space are great. I would come back next time.

This was my third stay at Grand Central, and I am always satisfied. The location is incredibly strategic—close to a 7-Eleven, near a 24-hour Don Don Donki, close to a bus stop, near an MRT station, and located right on Orchard, a favorite spot for Indonesian tourists.

My family and I felt very welcomed. Right from the start, when we got out of our taxi in the main lobby, the concierge staff were fast and very helpful. The reception, Yu En? (I forget the spelling) was very accommodating. We tried the breakfast on the second day with a special price as well, they were awesome. Overall, we were very pleased.

The staff, Ms. Shirley, was very kind! She allowed us for early check-in as Singapore was soo hot. She said, "You need AC." Thanks, Chancellor Orchard! Wonderful stay!!

First time staying here and we're super happy with everything. There was a bridge connecting to Paragon Mall, making travel so easy. MRT station (Orchard) was close by so simple to travel. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was complete with laundry, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, plus complete kitchen! Definitely will come back again in the future!!
