This trip to KL was truly awesome... From the hotel accommodation at the Grand Suites at Berjaya Times Square, the host who attended us, he's so efficient, accommodating, and very friendly... To the strategic location for shopping, dining, entertainment, etc., etc., just love it! Will definitely return back!

One of the highlights was the convenience—there's a 7-Eleven on-site, making it easy to grab snacks or any essentials. The hotel is also well-connected, with Rochor MRT station nearby and two bus stops right in front of the hotel. Additionally, the tap water is drinkable, and the hot water runs smoothly, making it perfect for a relaxing shower after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, a great place to stay for both comfort and convenience!

Hotel Bencoolen is a fantastic mid-range choice. The rooms are clean and efficient, but the real winner is the location—walking distance to the MRT and great local food. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made check-in a breeze. Excellent value for money in the heart of the city!

We received a warm welcome from the front staff, and the housekeeping staff have been helpful and attentive. Most of all, the staff are courteous and cheerful. We were greeted within the hotel compound.

Everything is super great. The bed is cozy and more spacious than I thought. Bathrooms are always clean, and they even provide a hair straightener. The location is also convenient to travel around since there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and many MRT stations nearby. The staff is friendly as well. I feel very safe staying here.
