The room was clean but very small space for 2 people and 4 suitcases. We could not move around in the room which made it very uncomfortable for us. Airconditioning worked well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Transportation was nearby, shops and also restaurants.

Very small room but sufficient for 1-2 people. Modern and recently renovated. many food options nearby. located in the red light district but safe and interesting. no safety concerns. public transport nearby and easy to use to get anywhere. grab also easy. good option to experience the real singapore life.

Excellent budget hotel for the price and a convenient location with very cool aircon. Turn the aircon fan speed to one to minimise noise for sleeping. Some may consider the bed hard. Otherwise it one of the much better hotel 81 in spore. I stayed for 7 days with 0 issue and they allowed me an early check-in.

It’s in the red light district. Don’t feel really safe to live here alone. The room is kinda dirty. I found hairs in the drawer and on the bed sheet

Staff at the front desk were super courteous and always willing to provide advice and help. But the rooms were super small. I only had one luggage and I still couldn’t help bumping into it every time I tried to step out of bed to go to the bathroom. It was OK, but not sure I’d want to go back there.

Staff were wonderful friendly and helpful..they always greeted us when we came and left..room was clean with lots of outlets for charging..only thing was the toilet was running all the time..coffee and having hair blower were great..this is my 2nd time staying at the hotel and would stay again..the pillows were a bit too hard for me but the firm mattress was good

Air con was fine. Room incredibly tiny and had to live out of my suitcase as virtually no storage. Although towels changes and bed made daily, the room and bathroom were not cleaned once in my 5 night stay. Staff very good though. Neighbourhood is mostly other cheap hotels and brothels. Safe though. If you can afford to, go elsewhere.
