The staff was very responsive and helpful. There was no problem with the check-in and out process. It’s clean and the location is reachable using public transportation.

Serangoon Station (Purple Line, Yellow Line) which is good overall is ok. Good service staff There are 7-11 restaurants in Singapore. Malay Food Court Exit the train station to Exit D, walk straight about 600 meters.

This is the third time I have stayed at this accommodation. A budget hotel that I highly recommend. 120 meters from the bus stop for all routes, close to a grocery kiosk selling mineral water, snacks and cheap instant food. The rooms are relatively small but clean, the cleaning staff will also clean every day. The neighborhood is always busy until morning.

I ordered a family room for my short holiday in Singapore. The room was spacious, clean, and had a very strategic location, very near Bugis MRT, H Lane & Kampong Glam, also a 7/11. The staff were very nice and helpful. Her name was Shri. She is very good. We will surely come back again on our next holiday trip. Thank you Village Hotel Bugis.

The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is clean, close to the Aljunied MRT and Geylang 18 Bus Stop. Easy access to anywhere. Grab also picks up in front of the hotel. Next time here again.

We had a pleasant stay at V Bencoolen, even though the room is small, it’s clean and well maintained. All staff, the concierge, reception, and housekeeping are friendly and helpful. Perfect location next to MRT, food court, and convenience store.

Very worth the money. I came earlier than the check-in time and left my luggage to stroll around, and when I came back, my luggage was already put in my room. The staff at the check-in counter is very friendly and informative. The room is clean and has a Smart TV. So close to Bendemeer MRT and Lavender MRT, even Mustafa is just less than 10 minutes' walk. Might consider staying here again. Thank you!

The hotel location is very strategic, with plenty of eateries and mini markets nearby, and it’s not far from the MRT station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist, Mr. Mark, was friendly and communicated well, especially when we checked out in the early morning to go to the airport. The room was clean and had basic amenities. The staff were super friendly. This hotel also allows you to put your luggage outside check-in/check-out hours for free. There are also some halal food, supermarket, and bus stop nearby. It is still walkable to National Stadium (if you wonder). Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel is amazing. It's undergone a dramatic transformation. I first booked this hotel in 1992, when it was called Hotel 81 Classic. In 2026 (34 years later), I booked it again, with a remarkable transformation. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is surrounded by a food court, fresh fruit stalls, and fresh juices. It's close to public transportation, including the MRT and bus.

This is a hotel I always book when I go to Singapore. It has a bidet, mini-fridge, rain shower, separate faucet, and a powerful shower head. Highly recommended.
