We both agreed that this is one of the top hotels we've stayed in. Staff are keen to help and always polite. The room was immaculate, and sea view was superb. As this was only a short stay while we passed through Busan we spent most of the days out and didn't have time to explore all the amenities on offer inside the hotel. Location is fantastic, however, and our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

The hotel provides superb service. They accommodate requests with smiles and make sure you feel comfortable. The gym is digitalized, there are trainers who can help if you are not sure how to use the equipment, they provide free bottle of waters (both lukewarm and chilled), clean towels of different sizes. Definitely the best hotel gym I ever used. Check in and check out may take time depends on the number of crowd, but they are attentive and made sure you'll be attended to as soon as possible. Highly recommended if you are willing to have a comfortable stay with immediate access to Haeundae Beach in Busan.

This is in the perfect location. A sea view room with balcony is a must. Strategic place, nearest restaurants and super comfortable.
