Flawless execution and logistics by the staff. Beautiful hotel, exceptionally well maintained!

We had a wonderful stay at Signiel Busan. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a larger room with lounge access, complimentary wine, and stunning views. The staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. They also went above and beyond by arranging delivery of our luggage to Seoul, allowing us to travel comfortably on the train without having to carry our bags. Their excellent service and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

The staff at the outdoor pool could be more friendly when giving instructions

We picked the ocean view room and it was spectacular and fairly large. The restaurants were snacking but a tad expensive. The outdoor pool has amazing ocean views and heated to a warm temperature. Altogether exceeded expectations

Get the ocean view room for the best view of the Haeundae beach. Check in process could be better.

Overall the stay was good. However if you want to compare with the services provided by Signiel Seoul , somehow they lag a little behind. For example, I approached the reception checkin counter for help in my train tickets since the train services between Busan and Seoul was suspended previous two days due to an accident. The lady at the checkin simply pointed me to the Conceige without any further help even though the counter was empty at that moment, I would expect her to show me personally to the Conceige instead of just pointing after all Signiel is a five star hotel and hence the service must differentiate from other hotels at least. Thank you

Nice view

Beautiful clean hotel but I found some staff were superb and very friendly, others were hostile and not as friendly, I sensed this when asking them questions or needed help. Stunning hotel though

The Signiel is located near ten beach and close to the local shopping. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Amazing experience here at Signiel Busan. From check in to check out, the staff was continuously professional, well-mannered, and very helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful, well-kept, and very clean. I thoroughly enjoyed all the complimentary offerings of this hotel, such as the pool, gym, and the exclusive Salon de Signiel lounge. Very satisfied with the level of service everywhere and fully what I expect from a five star hotel. Highly recommend, and I will most definitely stay at Signiel again when I go back to Busan.

A fantastic hotel overlooking Haeundae beach, beautiful views from the infinity pool. Our room was stunning, very spacious and clean. The staff couldn’t be more helpful! Loved the free champagne evenings! The hotel was conveniently located for the MIPO line /Sky Capsule, with convenience stores and shops in the interconnected mall, plus easy walk to the street market. It was a 40minute cheap taxi ride to the West side of Busan for sights of Songdo, Gamcheon etc. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful staff at check-in. Beach easy to access. Great room with ocean view. Beds were comfortable and overhead shower was nice. Check-out was easy. A little far from subway, but still walking distance. Great stay!

Nice and perfect place to stay

My stay at the signiel was great. The hotel was beautiful The ambience was great. The only problem I had was the time limit for breakfast between six and 10am and the breakfast did not varies. It was the same every day although it was beautifully presented. There was also hidden fees for example, the use of the sauna, and any item within the refrigerator for a price per night one our both should’ve been free

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff service and very friendly

This is a very luxurious hotel. All guests have access to a lounge with free flow champagne late each afternoon- a very nice way to end the day. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite for our stay which was stunning

Best place to stay in Haeundae Beach. Rooms are clean, the staff is always available, and the breakfast and the view was just a perfect way to start off the day. We loved it!

Signiel Busan is a comfortable, high-end hotel in Haeundae with excellent sea views, polished rooms, and a strong resort-hotel feel. It is a good choice if you want to stay near the beach and enjoy Busan at a slower pace, but travellers expecting a quiet, classic, formal 5-star city hotel may want to manage expectations. The rooms are well designed, calm, and comfortable, with impressive views if you book the right category. The location works very well for Haeundae Beach, Mipo, coastal walks, Blue Line Park, cafés, and seafood restaurants. It is less convenient for Busan Station, Nampo-dong, Jagalchi Market, and Gamcheon Culture Village, so plan your sightseeing days carefully. The complimentary afternoon lounge offering is a nice idea, but in practice it can be crowded and quite family-oriented, with many children around. The drinks are of mixed quality, so I would not treat this as a refined club-lounge experience. It is useful, but not necessarily a highlight. Food and drink were better in other parts of the hotel. The Chinese restaurant is excellent and was one of the strongest parts of the stay. The wine shop in the lobby is also very good and worth knowing about if you enjoy wine or want something better than the standard hotel minibar options.
