So much Good I can say , so to start the staff was amazing very helpful, especially Alexandra she made us feel welcome made sure she met our needs and honestly went beyond so for that I am grateful. Also the rest of staff made us feel special . The room was very clean the whole entire establishment was very clean . Shops nearby lots of restaurants lots , this place is situated in the perfect location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who’s traveling to Grandad and looking to feel like home to come down to this establishment. I give this place beyond 5 stars .

Overall, the hotel is clean and modern, conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, and reasonably priced, so I would definitely recommend it. The breakfast is also quite good.

I have never stayed in a hotel with just a rail for hanging clothes. The reception staff were bordering on rude. The only plus was breakfast which was excellent. Perhaps the Melia Granada staff should visit the Melia Seville to see how it’s done.

Great location with clean modern small rooms. Being a central location many of the rooms have windows into a small light well. Access to the level lounge enhanced my stay

This hotel is in a fantastic location and has the bones and decor to create a wonderful experience. Sadly, the cold and stiff staff at reception brought the experience down quite a bit. The receptionist did the bare minimum and was generally uninterested in helping us when we asked about local sites and the city tour tram. In fact, they didn't even know the name of the city tour tram company or how to get tickets despite it being directly across from the hotel. In contrast, the young lady who served breakfast in the morning was quite nice. And proactively helpful. What made things worse was that the room was very noisy /wasn't soundproof. We heard all of the noise from the street all night. In addition as many have cited there is no AC for cold air. So if you come during spring summer, or fall, make sure you're OK with absolutely no AC because there's only a heater.
