The property is in need of reparation. For the amount one pays per night, simple maintenance should not be overlooked. The name suggests a high-end hotel, which did not live up to my expectations. There are cheaper hotels in better state. Also, staying there for 10 nights, only 2 small bottles of water were shared, no perks of any kind.

The food was horrible and restaurant staff insensitive. Breakfast was included in my package but i was unable to partake due to the the quality or insufficient amount prepared. I ordered dinner the first evening but was unable to eat it since what was advertised on the menu and ordered was not delivered. No soap was provuded on two of the days, even when asked. I will not recommend this property to anyone especially at the prices advertised

It was in the city, it was not a clean hotel, it was in a state of disrepair.

Very disappointed with the facility. Assigned a room with a shower stall that had no door, resulting in water all over the floor when showering. When I complained, maintenance said that the door broke and there was no replacement. I had to tolerate this for my 8-day stay. The floor was dirty and needed mopping which never happened. Only one luggage cart for the entire hotel and no bell support. Quite a challenge and long wait to get THE luggage cart to transport luggage to the room. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

Friendly staff and great as a central location. The hotel offers arrangements with a jungle resort including transportation which was awesome.

It was very difficult to get basic amenities such as towels - face, hand, and bath towels. Had to ask every day in order to get a set of towels. Sometimes you asked and still did not get them. Hotel is poorly maintained. When you take a shower water leaks through the sliding doors and on to the floor. Air condition gave the room a stale, damp, moldy odor and had to open the doors to the balcony to get some fresh air.

Stayed here many times, my favorite, but prices are going up lately. In the heart of town with parking

Pleasent Stacy staff was friendly and very helpful, food was also very delicious. Overall I had a good stay

Hotel Krasnapolsky is always a good option for location and comfort. The price is always great. And I will Highly recommend there for anyone with a low budget but is seeking comfort and safety.

Great location in Downtown Paramaribo but beds not comfortable and pillows not comfortable at all. Breakfast not enough variety or fresh and coffee tasted nasty. Dissatisfied with having to pay to use restrooms downstairs in the hotel and having to pay for local calls. We were told that local calls were free. Suggestions: better mattress and pillows, better coffee, offer local food for breakfast

Overall a good hotel. Bathroom little bit small for 4 persons, but okay.
