Durant notre séjour, les draps de notre chambre n’ont pas été changés, les serviettes de douche non plus. Nous avons du en demander de nouvelles propre à l’accueil. Les serviette de douche mis en évidence pour un changement ont juste été étendu sans être changés.

Locatie was prima. De kamer is ruim en netjes onderhouden. Weinig stopcontacten in de kamer. De lobby, restaurant en winkels kunnen wel een upgrade gebruiken. Winkels in de lobby staan leeg of zijn fast food restaurants. Check-in is pas om 15 uur. Hotel wordt ook gebruikt door groepen contract-arbeiders die hun take-way maaltijden met veel alcohol in het restaurant gebruiken.

Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas ouverte un peu plus tard.. Hôtel très propre.

The property is in need of reparation. For the amount one pays per night, simple maintenance should not be overlooked. The name suggests a high-end hotel, which did not live up to my expectations. There are cheaper hotels in better state. Also, staying there for 10 nights, only 2 small bottles of water were shared, no perks of any kind.

everything was excellent the room was very big clean

The food was horrible and restaurant staff insensitive. Breakfast was included in my package but i was unable to partake due to the the quality or insufficient amount prepared. I ordered dinner the first evening but was unable to eat it since what was advertised on the menu and ordered was not delivered. No soap was provuded on two of the days, even when asked. I will not recommend this property to anyone especially at the prices advertised

C'est un belle hôtel, situé au centre ville, le personnel y est accueillant et souriant, le parking est sécurisé, service de taxis en bas de l'hôtel, enfin tout pour passer un agréable séjour.

Hotel devenu sale. Moisissures sur les murs et dans la clim. Prise arrachée. Pas d'eau durant quelques heures dans la soirée. Bref. Hors mis le petit dejeuner et les environs je DÉCONSSEILLE.

It was in the city, it was not a clean hotel, it was in a state of disrepair.

Very disappointed with the facility. Assigned a room with a shower stall that had no door, resulting in water all over the floor when showering. When I complained, maintenance said that the door broke and there was no replacement. I had to tolerate this for my 8-day stay. The floor was dirty and needed mopping which never happened. Only one luggage cart for the entire hotel and no bell support. Quite a challenge and long wait to get THE luggage cart to transport luggage to the room. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

Leuk hotel in het centrum van paramaribo. Fijne fasciliteiten met eigen parkeerplaats en zwembad. Parkeerplaats is tihdens feestdagen erg vol omdat deze niet alleen voor hotel gasten wirdt gebruikt.
