Booked a suite, which was nice, but it was not as nice as advertised. Staff were friendly enough, but in general, it was mostly an average experience. But it is right on point for the cost of the hotel, and there is no need to worry about the hotel's amenities too much with it close to all that Lund has to offer.

My original booking was for two nights (Aug. 1 and Aug. 2), but when my daughter got to the hotel before we arrived, she told a young woman employee that we would need THREE nights, and the employee indicated she would take care of added a third night. However, Sunday night our keys would not let us in the door, and we had to go to the Grand Hotel in the rain and wait quite awhile for the front desk to accommodate other guests to get our issue resolved. Evidently we were charged more because the third night was not done through booking .com. I feel we should be refunded the difference between the booking. com rate and the hotel rate since my daughter was not told we would have to go back into booking .com to add a third night.

Great stay as always. However, I thought I was getting a room with a desk, but I did not. This made it difficult to do my work. The breakfast was very good, but it had fewer offerings than in the past, such as a loaf of good bread. Despite this, I enjoyed the stay and hope to return soon. I especially enjoyed using the hotel bicycle to get around Lund.

Nice, spacy, convenient - right in the center close to trains, restaurants and shops.
I flew from USA and came to the hotel at about 1 PM and the lady at the registration desk would not let me into the room until 3 PM - I highly doubt that there were no ready rooms earlier rooms and cleaning was finished in all of them at 3 PM. In the next hotel on Copenhagen we arrived at noon and were given the room keys right away.
We also did not like the shower - too messy. Other than that it was great, including modest but pretty decent breakfast.
