Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel

Natalie at the front desk was amazingly helpful. In fact made my day. She handled the purchase of my train ticket to Norway and then supplied me with an umbrella to visit the town in the light rain. The whole time she was very friendly. Very very nice!!

The location is excellent next to the Central Station and for a family of four, the room size was very good. We however found the room to be very hot despite the hotel’s cooling system, even with the small fans provided by the hotel. My advice is request one of the rooms that have a window that can be opened just a slight bit. The interior rooms have no natural ventilation.

Not our favourite stay in a hotel in Gothenburg. Unfortunately I mistakenly paid more for the experience suite, (which was actually a June suite). It was really not what I expected and not a great experience, but I should have done more research into it… never again. Then we found sweet wrappers in the bed which meant that someone came to change the bedding at 10pm. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. But all in all for what we paid not a great trip.

It was a super peak period with the Youth Soccer Tournament held at Gothenburg The hotel was very busy. Our room was not cleaned until 5.40 pm Sunday and I have to vacate my room to facilitate the cleaning

Excellent location within walking distance to transportation, restaurants, and shopping etc… The breakfast buffet was unreal. They had anything & everything you could imagine. Housekeeping did fantastic job with refreshing the room everyday while we were out. Never had to request anything as they always made sure everything was replaced and stocked. Great hotel.

Excellent family hotel in Gothenburg. We got a junior suite which was above our expectations. Very room and fantastic. Highly recommend it.

The breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about. The housekeepers were friendly. The property looks old and run down. The staff were friendly enough.

They guided us to the parking garage with our bikes. Then brought us upstairs to a seamless check-in. Breakfast was phenomenal. Great lounging areas.

Lovely hotel - rooms clean and modern - food was really nice with evening dinner good quality and buffet breakfast lots of choice and good quality / excellent location right next to train station, stadiums and public transport

Highly recommend this hotel centrally located, just 200m from the central train station. Beautiful, contemporary decor in communal areas and our room was spacious, stylish facing inwards towards the atrium. We arrived very early but no problem to check in ahead of the usual 3 o’clock - I had requested an early check in so would suggest doing that. Had also requested a ‘quiet’ room which we were also allocated. Fabulous! Such a peaceful sleep. Staff were professional and spoke excellent English. Very helpful with anything we asked for too. Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of variety and great quality. Hadn’t originally booked it but upgraded when we received an offer via email from the property. Potentially might’ve been cheaper if we’d booked via the Hotel.com app at the time of booking so worth researching that if you’re considering this hotel. At 185sek pp it was really good value - a single sandwich at a local cafe was 2/3 of that price. Would 100% stay here again

I liked my room, even though it was at the budget end of the range. The hotel made a play of all the really famous people who'd stayed there, and I could help feeling in rather grander style than myself. But the price was excellent, which is very important. I liked the location, which was a stone's throw from the bus station where you got the bus back to the airport. I was able to accomplish everything I wanted to do in Gothenburg using this as a base. I liked the evening meal I had (meatballs), but the breakfast range didn't suit me (don't eat eggs) and the food I did get was quite cold and poor value for money.

Nice large hotel conveniently located in the heart of Gothenburg.

Helpful staff, comfy bed, clean bedsheets and good breakfast. I cant ask for more ❤️
