Great location close to the city center and railroad station. Room was ample, with a nice terrace and good coffee machine. Breakfast was very good. We will repeat if heading back to Gothenburg.

Awesome hotel in centre of Gothenburg. Easy to get to from anywhere, easy access by car or by train. We drove... parking lot was full, but super easy (cheaper) covered / secured city lot around the corner. Would definitely stay again if in Gothenburg.

Great location in Gothenburg- the hotel is well maintained, breakfast is good, the food in Noot was excellent and the room was great (we upgraded to a junior suite). Staff is good (best is reception), but not as alert as they could be to guest needs.

Natalie at the front desk was amazingly helpful. In fact made my day. She handled the purchase of my train ticket to Norway and then supplied me with an umbrella to visit the town in the light rain. The whole time she was very friendly. Very very nice!!

The location is excellent next to the Central Station and for a family of four, the room size was very good. We however found the room to be very hot despite the hotel’s cooling system, even with the small fans provided by the hotel. My advice is request one of the rooms that have a window that can be opened just a slight bit. The interior rooms have no natural ventilation.

Not our favourite stay in a hotel in Gothenburg. Unfortunately I mistakenly paid more for the experience suite, (which was actually a June suite). It was really not what I expected and not a great experience, but I should have done more research into it… never again. Then we found sweet wrappers in the bed which meant that someone came to change the bedding at 10pm. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. But all in all for what we paid not a great trip.

It was a super peak period with the Youth Soccer Tournament held at Gothenburg The hotel was very busy. Our room was not cleaned until 5.40 pm Sunday and I have to vacate my room to facilitate the cleaning

Excellent location within walking distance to transportation, restaurants, and shopping etc… The breakfast buffet was unreal. They had anything & everything you could imagine. Housekeeping did fantastic job with refreshing the room everyday while we were out. Never had to request anything as they always made sure everything was replaced and stocked. Great hotel.
