Great stay. Central for everything, handy to public transport. Wonderful breakfast. Unfortunately had a bit of a corner room and the windows opened onto someone’s balcony so a bit stuffy

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The location is excellent, you can walk a few minutes and be at the St. Moritz station. Very close to bus stops also that can transport you nearby. Staff was very accommodating and nice. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I would stay here again without a doubt

Fantastic stay. Had booked an apartment by mistake, receptionist immediately changed us to a hotel room as we did not need a kitchen.
Checked out the apartments whilst we were there, they looked also excellent.
Everyone working at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. I woul highly recommend this hotel.

Extreme heat and they did not have a single fan . Rude front desk lady who was more interested in reading her book than helping me. manager did not meet me after keeping me waiting for several minutes . So throughly disappointed with everything at this hotel. Could not sleep while night . Stay away from this one .

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The location is excellent, you can walk a few minutes and be at the St. Moritz station. Very close to bus stops also that can transport you nearby. Impression of entrance and reception was poor but hotel room was very modern, new, bright, big and had a balcony. Breakfast was nice, had lots of options. Location was good, right beside lake and about 15 minutes walk from old town or train station. Nice scenic walk around lake. Allowed us to leave luggage in ski room while we waited for a later train. All in all, would recommend for a mid range hotel option.

Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful. The spa was average, but not something that I felt the need to visit more than once. The rooms were very quiet and fellow guests were respectful. The location was really great- walking distance to the Signalbahn tram and the bus stop was right outside our hotel if you didn't want to walk up the hill into town.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. The room was poorly maintained, featuring filthy floors, dated walls, and a broken window, a stained couch, and a TV from the early 2000s that barely worked. Most alarmingly, the lack of a functioning in-room phone left me unable to seek assistance during a medical emergency involving a severe injury on the slopes. Furthermore, basic amenities were lacking; instead of requested pillows (3 times), I was provided with extra sheets to be used as pillow, and the bathroom design was fundamentally flawed, with the door striking the sink. While the restaurant food and staff were pleasant, they do not compensate for the unsafe and unsanitary conditions of the room.

The hotel is a very convenient place. It is near the bus stop from the train station and restaurants. There are some stores nearby, such as Lidl and Coop. I would recommend it to your family or friends.
