큰 도시가 아니고 교통시스템이 좋아서 St. Moritz의 대부분 호텔이 그런 거 같지만 바로 앞에 버스정류장, 바로 옆에 맛있는 빵집, 100미터 이내에 COOL~~~ 편의상태 최고~!

Restaurant was closed during our stay. Also renovations/repairs being made during that time. Good bus service to train station.

O quarto é amplo, mas a limpeza deixou a desejar. Havia uma varanda, mas o peitoril e as cadeiras estavam sujas. Uma das portas de acesso à varanda não abria e a outra com dificuldades para ser fechada, permitindo ruído e entrada de frio. O banheiro é compacto, se comparado com a amplitude do quadro e o Box de vidro com porta de correr, estava com problemas e uma das portas saída do trilho com frequência. O café da manhã muito farto e com alimentos de qualidade.

Impression of entrance and reception was poor but hotel room was very modern, new, bright, big and had a balcony. Breakfast was nice, had lots of options. Location was good, right beside lake and about 15 minutes walk from old town or train station. Nice scenic walk around lake. Allowed us to leave luggage in ski room while we waited for a later train. All in all, would recommend for a mid range hotel option.

“Foi uma experiência ótima! O apartamento estava limpo, organizado, com uma cama muito boa e confortável. A localização é excelente, bem centralizada, próxima a comércios, restaurantes, cafeterias e pontos turísticos. Foi tudo incrível, super recomendo!”

Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful. The spa was average, but not something that I felt the need to visit more than once. The rooms were very quiet and fellow guests were respectful. The location was really great- walking distance to the Signalbahn tram and the bus stop was right outside our hotel if you didn't want to walk up the hill into town.

客房空間很大，有陽台，但沒有冰箱😂 不過提出需求員工都很願意協助解決問題，地點從火車站搭公車算方便！ 早餐很讚！選擇滿多的～～～ 然後他們餐廳的披薩超推！義大利麵也好吃味道很夠，但對台灣人口味來說真的太鹹～～～

Our room was right next to the staff changing rooms and the housekeeping closet. The room felt like an after thought - nothing like the pictures

Clean and walkable location to everywhere in st moritz. We had to check out early at 4 am and they brought us to go breakfast bags.

Quarto antigo ( isso sabíamos pela foto), mas todos os móveis escuros e o quarto não tinha iluminação. Para conseguir achar algo na mala era difícil ( à noite principalmente). Wi-Fi não funcionava no quarto, tivemos que sair e ir em um café para conseguir trabalhar. ( parte que mais nos chateou) Havia uma sujeira no bidé ( não estava limpo corretamente) Não é tão perto do centro para ir caminhando da 20 minutos. Café da manhã bem simples, porém o que tinha estava bom.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. The room was poorly maintained, featuring filthy floors, dated walls, and a broken window, a stained couch, and a TV from the early 2000s that barely worked. Most alarmingly, the lack of a functioning in-room phone left me unable to seek assistance during a medical emergency involving a severe injury on the slopes. Furthermore, basic amenities were lacking; instead of requested pillows (3 times), I was provided with extra sheets to be used as pillow, and the bathroom design was fundamentally flawed, with the door striking the sink. While the restaurant food and staff were pleasant, they do not compensate for the unsafe and unsanitary conditions of the room.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A+++++ I had an excellent five-star stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect, making it convenient to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. The staff service was truly amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Outstanding service, excellent location, and a beautiful property. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Estimados, Nos dirigimos a ustedes en nombre del Sr. Gabriel Ortega y su familia, quienes actualmente se hospedan en su establecimiento. Queremos expresar nuestra inconformidad con las condiciones del alojamiento asignado, las cuales no corresponden a lo ofrecido en la descripción ni cumplen con los estándares mínimos de confort y seguridad. El hotel fue seleccionado por la descripción que recibimos: ambiente cálido, moderno y acogedor. Sin embargo, al llegar, los huéspedes encontraron una entrada poco clara y compartida, corredores estrechos, grietas en paredes, ausencia de señalización y equipos visibles contra incendios. El espacio asignado no parece ser una habitación de hotel sino un apartamento adaptado, con un baño que además está fuera de servicio. Esta situación ha generado una gran decepción, considerando que es un viaje muy especial para ellos. Solicitamos, por favor, que se evalúe una mejora en la habitación o compensación correspondiente. Nuestro objetivo es siempre brindar experiencias seguras y satisfactorias, y por ello acudimos a ustedes esperando una solución. Quedamos atentos a su respuesta.

No WiFi in the room was the only negative.

The hotel is a very convenient place. It is near the bus stop from the train station and restaurants. There are some stores nearby, such as Lidl and Coop. I would recommend it to your family or friends.

Das Zimmer ist gemütlich / modern eingerichtet, das Bett bequem. Es war sehr ruhig. Das Hotel ist in Seenähe gelegen. Im Hoteleigenen Restaurant isst man sehr gute Pizzas. Das Frühstück war etwas lieblos - als wir um 08:45 Uhr zum Frühstück kamen war das Buffet fast leer - erst nach längerer Zeit wurde wieder begonnen aufzufüllen. Die meisten Mitarbeiten sprechen nur Italienisch und Englisch - lediglich ein paar konnten etwas Deutsch.
