Only stayed the 1 night, but within 10 minutes walking from the Central station, hotel is easy to find, on the Number 8 bus route with a stop very close to the hotel, the room was clean and tidy and we had no issues, and would have been happy to stay longer. We also stopped at Ibis Centre Lac before and this Ibis has better sized rooms I'm comparison and I would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Geneva

I had an excellent five-star stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect, making it convenient to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. The staff service was truly amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Outstanding service, excellent location, and a beautiful property. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Overall, the hotel is good and meets basic expectations. The breakfast is good, with a reasonable variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Points to improve: the room was excessively warm and difficult to cool down. The mattress felt old and was not comfortable, and the pillows were very poor, which negatively affected sleep quality. With improvements to room comfort—especially the bedding and temperature control—the experience could be much better.

Hand towels are not provided and you get one small bath towel per guest. Only and empty bottle of “body/hair gel” in the shower, requested some at the reception but never arrived. No tissues, No coffee or tea in the room.

The main issue I has was I booked a family room with 2 children, we were told we would have interlinking rooms but when we arrived they were not, if I had known this I would never have booked as resulted in us all sleeping in one double bed
