Muy limpio y área muy tranquila .

Firstly, the good stuff. A superb, convenient location, clean rooms and friendly staff (what we saw of them, see below). The negatives, very small rooms (ok for 2 people but when the sofa bed is extended it is extremely cramped, the reception staff don't even look up when you enter or leave the hotel (this didn't really bother us but would some people and it also gives a 'can't be bothered' impression), the wooden floors allow every noise from the room above to be heard (especially the clowns on our last night who were dragging chairs across the room for most of the evening/night), only 1 pillow per person and 2 towels between 3 people (no hand towels) and, finally, no tea/coffee making facilities. All in all, not bad but the negatives (mostly minor ones) added up.

Nachtessen würden wir im Hotel nicht mehr. Zimmer wahr ok. Aber die 2 Dübel Löcher sollten behoben werden. Niemand vom Personal spricht Deutsch.

Room was clean, nice patio out back and a short walk from the water. Overall, a very nice stay.

Friendly staff and nice rooms, great location in the city

El hotel queda muy cerca de la estación de tren, tiene paradero de bus en la misma cuadra. Es un sector muy tranquilo y bonito. El hotel es espectacular, moderno, y su desayuno es delicioso y de gran variedad.

First time stay at the Ibis Geneva on Grand Pré . Hôtel was generally clean and confortable, though I was surprised by the small size of the room.. for someone that's used to American Style Hotels, it was kind of a surprise,but it's close to downtown and they likely want to maximize floor usage.. The shower sims were showing some age and could have been redone or cleaned more thoroughly, but other than that, the room was clean and well lit. Located on 5th floor and looking out on the main street, but nonetheless very quiet. King size bed was very comfortable. Lobby is nicely setup with lots of spaces to sit and work with laptop.. WiFi was free and worked well. All in all very recommended.

Staff didn’t seem super friendly and seemed to be annoyed with the number of guests checking in. Arrived at 5am, understanding that room checkin was at 3pm so waited patiently but saw other guests that came after requesting earlier check in who got bumped up ahead of me. Location is good though with access to public transport.

Great place to stay.

It was fine. Nothing special but did the job for an overnight work trip.

Ideal location and clean room ! The only down side is that the rooms were quite hot and upon asking the staff to help with the AC we were told that the hotel was in winter mode which means the AC was not working, even though we were mid April with 20degrees celsius weather. Also the internet stopped working on our last day but that was their last resort.

Staff were helpful.

Nice hotel with good standard. Modern rooms and good facilities in general. Public transport nearby is also easy and good

The room was cleaned well, and the area was good. The only complaint is that the parking is a bit pricey for the area.

Clean, friendly staff. Would ne good to have a kettle in the room in case one wants to drink coffee/tea

The woman who checked us in was lovey, but the reception staff for the rest of the day didn’t care. I was waiting at the bar for a drink (which was directly opposite reception) and not one person came up to serve me. They were not serving anyone else but rather messing around with each other (4 of them.) The bedroom was basic but decent, unfortunately the bathroom meant water went everywhere as it was more of a shower room than a separated shower. Overall an okay hotel but there are far better in the area at the same price point.
