We had a flight home at a very early hour from Geneva so decided to stay close to the airport on our last night. The room was nice and spacious and had what we needed. There was only one bottled water in the room and I asked the front desk for another since there were two of us in the room but he said we only get one per stay! However we thought it was a nice touch to have complementary fruit, yogurt, mini pastry and coffee on the main lobby counter when we were leaving at 5 am. The shuttle was right on time and we made our flight easily.

Everything was very nice! The property was very clean and the staff were VERY friendly and VERY helpful!! Highly recommend! On site restaurant very good and service excellent!

Wonderful! Shuttle was there to pick us up from airport. He was so friendly and helpful. The gentleman who checked us in was also very friendly and efficient. He even wished me a happy birthday as it was my birthday!! Those little extras mean a lot when you have been traveling for a while. Hotel Room was quaint spacious and clean …beds and pillows so comfy. We felt safe and well Cared for. Shuttle arrived promptly in the am and delivered us to the airport so we could make our train to zermatt. Would love to stay here again .

This is an old musty property on a skeleton staff. The rooms are in a poor state and not cleaned effectively. Kids working here are not trained in what customer service means. Probably suited for kids on Spring break. I would definitely not stay here again.

The staff was very accommodating. The first room they gave us had a very strong, unpleasant odor — truly awful. To their credit, they moved us and gave us an upgrade, which we appreciated. However, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the airport shuttle, and it was already full when we arrived, so that did not work for us at all. The beds were comfortable, but the room was not as clean as I would have liked. I understand this is an airport hotel, but cleanliness should still be a priority. In the morning, we came down to the lobby at 6:00 AM and there were many guests waiting for the shuttle. There was no water, no coffee, nothing available. If this is an airport hotel, early morning service should be standard. The hotel should consider offering basic morning service and possibly a second shuttle to accommodate the number of guests. One positive detail: the flight information screen in the lobby is very useful and a great feature for an airport hotel.
