Angsana Laguna Phuket

I stayed here for 7 nights and can’t fault anything from my stay. The breakfast each morning was delicious with so many different options. The staff there were so lovely, and by the end of the week one of the ladies working recognised my friend and I as we walked in and would come over to ask if we wanted coffee. She knew our orders by the end of the week! The rooms were so comfortable, clean, and the turndown service was lovely. Always an abundance of bottled drinking water available while in the room as well. My room had a balcony that over looked the lagoon, which was beautiful to wake up to each day. We arranged a tour through the hotel desk, which was seamless and worthwhile. Getting around is easy with a shuttle throughout the resort/estate area, and walking through the town and shops was always really easy. The hotel and resort itself was gorgeous, and there are hotel buggies to get you around if you don’t want to walk between your room and the other amenities. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Awesome experience at this place, the rooms next to the pool are so handy if you have kids that love being in the water. Rooms are spacious and clean all the time. Staff super helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious and the food in all the restaurants is also delicious.

The staff was amazing always trying to please you and accommodate your requests right away. The food around the hotel was delicious.
