Conrad Koh Samui

I want to start off by saying that you are definitely getting your money’s worth when you stay here. The whole experience was incredible from the very beginning. When you drive up, it feels like you’re nowhere near anything, and then once you arrive, it feels like paradise. The staff really takes care of you. If you’re an English speaker, just be patient with them. No one has an attitude, and if you ask for something and they can do it, they definitely will. The room I got was right in front of the sunset — Room 211. You have your own pool with an amazing view overlooking the ocean and the sunset. The food is exquisite. If you’re just starting off, I definitely recommend the Wagyu burger. The steakhouse is also great — just keep in mind that if you’re from the States, the steak may be prepared a little differently. The general pool is great, and every time your room gets cleaned, it feels like you just arrived all over again. Overall, if I could live there, I definitely would. If you’re visiting, I recommend staying at least three days so you can truly enjoy everything the resort has to offer.

Pool was wonderful and breakfast was excellent

We recently spent a few unforgettable days at Conrad Koh Samui in a stunning two-bedroom villa, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff. The villa itself was exceptional — spacious, beautifully designed, and with breathtaking views that are simply hard to describe. Waking up each morning overlooking the ocean was something truly special. The food throughout our stay was incredible, with every meal beautifully presented and consistently delicious. It really added to the luxury experience. A very special thank you to Bill from the service team, who went above and beyond to help curate and manage our experiences, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. His attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference to our stay. Thanks to Bill, we enjoyed unforgettable moments including a fantastic longboat excursion to Pig Island and smooth, stress-free transfers throughout our trip. This was a truly memorable family holiday, and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommend Conrad Koh Samui to anyone looking for world-class service, incredible food, and one of the best views in Thailand.

Amazing villas, view, food, staff.

Beautiful Villas & Unforgettable Views at Conrad Koh Samui We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad Koh Samui, and the view was absolutely the highlight of the entire experience. The private villas with their own infinity pools overlook the ocean and offer some of the most breathtaking views we’ve ever seen. Waking up each morning and watching the sunset from the villa was truly unforgettable and definitely worth the price. The breakfast was incredible—one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. There was an amazing variety, from fresh tropical fruits to local Thai dishes and international options. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Overall, the resort is stunning and very peaceful, perfect if you’re looking for privacy and relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A couple of things to keep in mind: the property is starting to feel a little outdated in some areas and could benefit from a refresh. Also, although the hotel is on the water, there isn’t really a traditional sandy beach—the shoreline is mostly rocky. Dining at the resort is good but quite expensive. We stayed for five nights and had a car, which made it easy to explore local restaurants where you can find great food for a fraction of the price. The resort is also fairly remote, about 45 minutes to an hour drive from most areas on the island, so having transportation is helpful. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

The staff was amazing.

Beautiful property and delicious food. I'd recommend arriving during the day to really get the full "wow" of the hotel lobby. The breakfast is delicious with rotating daily options. Any issues were quickly resolved by the incredible staff.

Service was incredible and staff were always so friendly. And the room was just perfect. Would definitely come back and recommend others to stay here.

Excellent hotel and staff

The view and the breakfast service get 5 stars. The view and the setting will take your breath away. The food and service at the breakfast was perfect every time! We also enjoyed the food and the staff at the Azure restaurant. We didn’t try the other restaurants. The hotel management fell short. First, we booked what they call a “1 Bedroom Five Island Villa with private pool”. The villa and the view were beautiful BUT this is NOT a 1 bedroom villa. There are only two rooms— a large bedroom with a small sitting area and tv (the TV doesn’t tilt towards the bed so you can’t watch TV from your bed) and a beautiful and large bathroom/closet. I paid about $125 per day extra for my son to get a rollaway bed and breakfast (which was included for only 2 people). I was surprised when I walked in the room and saw the rollaway placed right next to our bed because despite being advertised as a 1 bedroom villa, there wasn’t a separate living area for the rollaway. Also, at turn down, we only received two cookies or treats despite being 3 people- not a huge deal but a notable shortfall. One day, the hotel closed the pool and one of the 3 restaurants to hotel paying guests for almost all day so they could host a wedding. It seemed unfair to paying guests to be inconvenienced during a high season so the hotel could double dip and host a wedding. A truly restorative stay at Conrad Koh Samui. The setting is stunning, but what really stood out was the warmth and care of the staff. Our family came here to recharge, and the experience delivered exactly that. The spa was especially serene and therapeutic, offering a sense of calm. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and grateful. Highly recommended.

One of the best places we have stayed - staff, food great and then there are the rooms with the most amazing views.

We had an exceptional stay at Conrad Koh Samui. From the breathtaking location to the outstanding culinary experiences, everything exceeded our expectations. One area for improvement would be the communication process with the reception and concierge. Relying on a landline in 2025 felt a bit outdated and resulted in longer wait times for callbacks. Although we attempted to use the WhatsApp link provided, we did not receive a response. Aside from that, the resort is truly ideal for relaxation, offering beautiful surroundings and world-class facilities. We look forward to returning and highly recommend Conrad Koh Samui to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable holiday experience.

Conrad Koh Samui is an incredibly luxurious resort. Food is wonderful, amenities are great, staff are incredibly helpful, to the point of giving us a WhatsApp number to contact them for any assistance, the view is to die for and the bed is like sleeping in a cloud. Everything we asked for was granted. The area is in the quiet part of the island too, so you get a much quieter experience than staying at some of the larger resorts in the north east. The pools for the villas rival suburban backyard pools for size. I would have wished for 1 more restaurant with a different cuisine, but it's by no means a deal-breaker and I expect they may add such a thing over time. If you want a quiet, luxurious getaway, I can't recommend it enough.

Everything was excellent - clean room, top quality amenities, friendly staff that go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. Shoutout to Nan who took care of all our requests as well as chef Christopher for assisting with our dietary restrictions.
