We recently spent a few unforgettable days at Conrad Koh Samui in a stunning two-bedroom villa, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff. The villa itself was exceptional — spacious, beautifully designed, and with breathtaking views that are simply hard to describe. Waking up each morning overlooking the ocean was something truly special. The food throughout our stay was incredible, with every meal beautifully presented and consistently delicious. It really added to the luxury experience. A very special thank you to Bill from the service team, who went above and beyond to help curate and manage our experiences, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. His attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference to our stay. Thanks to Bill, we enjoyed unforgettable moments including a fantastic longboat excursion to Pig Island and smooth, stress-free transfers throughout our trip. This was a truly memorable family holiday, and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommend Conrad Koh Samui to anyone looking for world-class service, incredible food, and one of the best views in Thailand.

Our stay at Conrad Koh Samui was truly magical. The villas are a dream – the private infinity pools and the 180-degree view of the 'Five Islands' are breathtaking. The level of privacy is unmatched. We were especially impressed by their sustainability: 70% of the food is grown in their own garden, and you can taste the quality. The Farm Tour with Daniele was a highlight; his passion for the project is inspiring. He also brightened our mornings at breakfast with his kind soul. A huge thank you to our Concierge Nan, who coordinated our stay perfectly behind the scenes. The entire staff is 'mega friendly' and Room Service was always on point – fast and precise. For constructive feedback on a very high level: Breakfast could be a bit better organized. Empty dishes sometimes stayed on the table too long, and our espresso was forgotten a few times, requiring 2-3 reminders. Also, pricing for extras is quite steep (300 THB for extra salami on a pizza is a lot, even for a luxury resort). However, these are minor details compared to the overall experience. The positives far outweigh the negatives. We would check back in tomorrow if we could! Highly recommended.

Beautiful Villas & Unforgettable Views at Conrad Koh Samui We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad Koh Samui, and the view was absolutely the highlight of the entire experience. The private villas with their own infinity pools overlook the ocean and offer some of the most breathtaking views we’ve ever seen. Waking up each morning and watching the sunset from the villa was truly unforgettable and definitely worth the price. The breakfast was incredible—one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. There was an amazing variety, from fresh tropical fruits to local Thai dishes and international options. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Overall, the resort is stunning and very peaceful, perfect if you’re looking for privacy and relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A couple of things to keep in mind: the property is starting to feel a little outdated in some areas and could benefit from a refresh. Also, although the hotel is on the water, there isn’t really a traditional sandy beach—the shoreline is mostly rocky. Dining at the resort is good but quite expensive. We stayed for five nights and had a car, which made it easy to explore local restaurants where you can find great food for a fraction of the price. The resort is also fairly remote, about 45 minutes to an hour drive from most areas on the island, so having transportation is helpful. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

The view and the breakfast service get 5 stars. The view and the setting will take your breath away. The food and service at the breakfast was perfect every time! We also enjoyed the food and the staff at the Azure restaurant. We didn’t try the other restaurants. The hotel management fell short. First, we booked what they call a “1 Bedroom Five Island Villa with private pool”. The villa and the view were beautiful BUT this is NOT a 1 bedroom villa. There are only two rooms— a large bedroom with a small sitting area and tv (the TV doesn’t tilt towards the bed so you can’t watch TV from your bed) and a beautiful and large bathroom/closet. I paid about $125 per day extra for my son to get a rollaway bed and breakfast (which was included for only 2 people). I was surprised when I walked in the room and saw the rollaway placed right next to our bed because despite being advertised as a 1 bedroom villa, there wasn’t a separate living area for the rollaway. Also, at turn down, we only received two cookies or treats despite being 3 people- not a huge deal but a notable shortfall. One day, the hotel closed the pool and one of the 3 restaurants to hotel paying guests for almost all day so they could host a wedding. It seemed unfair to paying guests to be inconvenienced during a high season so the hotel could double dip and host a wedding. When we wanted to eat dinner only the Thai restaurant was open due to wedding events and the steakhouse being too busy to accommodate hotel guests un

We had an exceptional stay at Conrad Koh Samui. From the breathtaking location to the outstanding culinary experiences, everything exceeded our expectations. One area for improvement would be the communication process with the reception and concierge. Relying on a landline in 2025 felt a bit outdated and resulted in longer wait times for callbacks. Although we attempted to use the WhatsApp link provided, we did not receive a response. Aside from that, the resort is truly ideal for relaxation, offering beautiful surroundings and world-class facilities. We look forward to returning and highly recommend Conrad Koh Samui to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable holiday experience.

Conrad Koh Samui is an incredibly luxurious resort. Food is wonderful, amenities are great, staff are incredibly helpful, to the point of giving us a WhatsApp number to contact them for any assistance, the view is to die for and the bed is like sleeping in a cloud. Everything we asked for was granted. The area is in the quiet part of the island too, so you get a much quieter experience than staying at some of the larger resorts in the north east. The pools for the villas rival suburban backyard pools for size. I would have wished for 1 more restaurant with a different cuisine, but it's by no means a deal-breaker and I expect they may add such a thing over time. If you want a quiet, luxurious getaway, I can't recommend it enough.

We recently spent a few unforgettable days at Conrad Koh Samui in a stunning two-bedroom villa, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff. The villa itself was exceptional — spacious, beautifully designed, and with breathtaking views that are simply hard to describe. Waking up each morning overlooking the ocean was something truly special. The food throughout our stay was incredible, with every meal beautifully presented and consistently delicious. It really added to the luxury experience. A very special thank you to Bill from the service team, who went above and beyond to help curate and manage our experiences, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. His attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference to our stay. Thanks to Bill, we enjoyed unforgettable moments including a fantastic longboat excursion to Pig Island and smooth, stress-free transfers throughout our trip. This was a truly memorable family holiday, and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommend Conrad Koh Samui to anyone looking for world-class service, incredible food, and one of the best views in Thailand.

Our stay at Conrad Koh Samui was truly magical. The villas are a dream – the private infinity pools and the 180-degree view of the 'Five Islands' are breathtaking. The level of privacy is unmatched. We were especially impressed by their sustainability: 70% of the food is grown in their own garden, and you can taste the quality. The Farm Tour with Daniele was a highlight; his passion for the project is inspiring. He also brightened our mornings at breakfast with his kind soul. A huge thank you to our Concierge Nan, who coordinated our stay perfectly behind the scenes. The entire staff is 'mega friendly' and Room Service was always on point – fast and precise. For constructive feedback on a very high level: Breakfast could be a bit better organized. Empty dishes sometimes stayed on the table too long, and our espresso was forgotten a few times, requiring 2-3 reminders. Also, pricing for extras is quite steep (300 THB for extra salami on a pizza is a lot, even for a luxury resort). However, these are minor details compared to the overall experience. The positives far outweigh the negatives. We would check back in tomorrow if we could! Highly recommended.

Beautiful Villas & Unforgettable Views at Conrad Koh Samui We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad Koh Samui, and the view was absolutely the highlight of the entire experience. The private villas with their own infinity pools overlook the ocean and offer some of the most breathtaking views we’ve ever seen. Waking up each morning and watching the sunset from the villa was truly unforgettable and definitely worth the price. The breakfast was incredible—one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. Overall, the resort is stunning and very peaceful, perfect if you’re looking for privacy and relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
