The hotel is good, the room is beautiful and exactly as pictured, but the toilet paper is very thin. They only provide two rolls, one in the bathroom and one outside, which is insufficient. Everything else is great. It would be much better if they used more expensive toilet paper; the tissues provided seem like the cheap 5-baht kind. Also, the TV remote is very difficult to use and should be replaced. The staff were polite, but their facial expressions were a bit unappealing; they seemed reluctant to provide service. This needs urgent improvement.

I loved it so much! I want to go again. I absolutely loved it!

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, which was very dark and received almost no natural light because it was directly next to a neighboring condominium building. The staff explained that the hotel was fully booked and there were other rooms available, which I completely understand and consider to be beyond their control. However, there were several things in this room that I believe the hotel should address: 1. The mattress was extremely old and badly worn, with the springs noticeably pushing up underneath the surface. We could hardly sleep that night because it was uncomfortable. 2. The bedroom door could not be opened or closed because the wood had swollen. 3. The bathroom door was badly deteriorated and appeared to be rotting. 4. The Wi-Fi was not working due to a system problem. 5. There were no small towels provided in the room. On the positive side, the room was clean and well equipped with a large refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and kitchen. We had originally booked two separate nights here because we planned to return for another night after a trip outside the city. However, the staff told us that on the date of our return, this would again be the only room available. We therefore left our luggage at the hotel and went on our trip. In the end, we decided not to stay here again and only returned to collect our luggage. Never again!

I booked two rooms at the same price, but got different rooms. My room smelled very musty and cigarette-smelling, while the other room was okay.

Everything was quite good during my business trip. I've stayed here before. The reason I chose to stay again is because it's convenient for my business trip, and the price is quite reasonable and comfortable considering the facilities.

Room is nice and clean. Always clean every day.

I stay 7 days n they n they never change bad cover n pillow cover..imagine that..very bad n dirty

Far away from main street. TV only thai speaking Hot water not possible for 2 days. I moved out 1 day earlier then I paid for. Wifi was ok. It is not the hotels fault, my gf wanted me stay there, I wouldn't had stayed there in the first place.

On the first night we were changed into different room, said "upgraded" but the bed was terrible. Air con was directly putted to blow our heads.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are ok, but the minus point is the swimming pool is very dirty, has a sour smell and swimming insects.

The first experience was very bad. The room was good, but the service of one person, booked a room and chose a room but was told that he could not choose. The service was bad, no service mind, and spoke abruptly.

Friendly staff, even though I checked in at midnight, they still helped me change money and brought it to my room. The room was clean and comfortable (the only problem was there a room with a hair dryer 😂). A bit far from the center but quiet. Overall, the experience was ok.

The room was not cleaned yet when I checked in at 4:00 pm. The air conditioner was broken and the staff had to come and fix it for nearly 30 minutes. The hot water here is really not good.

The service staff is very poor. The deposit is not returned. They inform them to clean the room when we go on business for 3-4 hours. They do not allow the housekeeper to come and do it when we need privacy and want to rest. The security guards are very good and very friendly. The swimming pool that was a children's pool was very dirty. I'm not impressed at all.

I was not given an extra bed for 3 nights, even though I had already ordered and paid for it, the hotel staff promised to contact me for a refund but they haven't emailed me until now.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Front desk was never staffed. All day no one came to clean the room until 5pm when everyone was in the room then someone came to clean and I refused to clean the bedroom. No hair dryer and no iron even though I asked for a dryer twice 🥲.

Good room, reasonable price, soft bed, good service, shuttle bus at the entrance of the alley, smart TV, can watch YouTube and Netflix comfortably, spacious room, beautiful bathroom, very impressive.

Clean, good service but location difficult to find.
