Very good hospitality. Everything is well taken care of. The location is within walking distance to the beach and eateries & convenience store. Breakfast is good and has lots of variety. Lots of families with young kids.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming us with a welcome drink, and helping us carry our luggage to our room. The atmosphere was very comfortable, and there was a shuttle bus from the hotel to Kata Beach and back. It was very pleasant. Thank you, and see you on your next vacation.

The staffs Phi Muk, Phi Dew, Phi Max, and Phi Krad welcomed us with excellent service. They took good care of us and gave us good advice. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The swimming pool is large and there is a playroom for children. This hotel is perfect for families with children. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room is big, beautiful, has a separate bathroom zone and a bathtub. There is a balcony facing the sea. Breakfast will be boiled rice, fried egg, ham sausage, spaghetti, bread for you to scoop yourself. Impressed for 2 nights, there is a housekeeper to clean and add water to drink as well.

Our stay at the Paradox was wonderful. The staff were polite and very helpful. We had a spacious room with twin beds that were very comfortable. The view from our balcony was lovely overlooking the pool and part of the ocean. Breakfast was delicious with an awesome variety for everyone. All the food we tried from the restaurant, poolside to room service was great. While we were there, we celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday and they sent a birthday cake to the room for her. I will definitely be back to stay, thank you to all the staff at the Paradox for making our holiday special.
