Anemon Hotel Malatya

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful! The breakfast was very good👍It was a very nice stay for me in Malatya.

The hotel is pretty but the lobby is HOT. They do not have AC in the lobby and around the pool table so therefore you cannot use that part of the hotel unless you want to sweat. We stayed in malatya for visit family and therefore booked the suites which provide living room. Once upon check in we were given regular rooms. When we saw the room we had to go back to reception and remind them our booking were for suites. They changed our rooms to suites and Unfortunately we were told no visitors could visit our booked suites- living rooms and we could not use the lobby living rooms due to the heat. What a disappointment. We ended up having family gatherings outside at a nearby park. The room was spacious but the ac unit in the room Was super loud. Loud enough to disturb your sleep. The living room Ac was super quiet and barely cooled down the rest of the area. We loved the breakfast at this hotel and the air conditioned dining room. The pool and other amenities is open to public- therefore it was not to our liking. The pool Was busy and cloudy. Upon checkout we were chased outside to ask if a beer was consumed in the room mini bar. We did not consume any of the mini bar items. The bellman was very sweet and helpful. He helped rolling n extra bed for our son, made the bed and later on gave us extra towels since the room Only had one towel. The location was secluded. We wished we would have stayed in a more central hotel closer to restaurants and

I loved this place and my stay was as comfortable as any fancy hotel in all or Turkey! Everything about it was outstanding, and the bar and breakfast were especially nice!

Pretty awesome hotel. Staff was great. Idris helped me with my computer I bought while in Turkey that was stuck in Turkish. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Food was awesome. The rooms were clean. They have a gym and 2 pools and a tennis court in the basement. Pretty cool place!

The hotel was greet the rooms were extremely large ,the breakfast was great, sorunding aria not so good, but for me the location is good because it external and easy reachable , parking was easy and comfortable , the experience in the pool area was very bad we stay for less than 5 minutes and left, the external pool was closed also even my stay was in August

Overall good but we didn’t like hotel staffs. I didn’t use any amenities from the room refrigerator however they stopped me and want me to see them again about that issue. Eventually they admitted that I’m right.

Its excellent hotel the service was good clean and uts lookes luxury hotel in and out is the same. Breakfast is fantastic

Although I tried several times to book by phone, the reception never called back- as they promised- so I booked through expedia. the room was dusty, some of the bookltes sticky. In the bathroom I found a used towel, neetly folded and the toiletry items- shampoo, etc... where used, half full. there was no shower cap; I asked for one . never brought. they asked if I would like to have a newspaper in the morning, I expected it , never brought. at breakfest , I wanted to have coffee, but there weere no cups. We asked for a cup , the one they brought was dirty. Coffee was luke warm and diluted during the wedding reception , the drinks seved where warm, and it took them ages to bring some ice- only to those who asked for it. the staffv was working unwillingly- as if forced, . never apolpgized and didn't care to listen to what we said. I think they need some serious supervision and a course in behaviour. I don't think I'll ever g to an anemone hotel after that disappointing experinece. Its not worth the price.

Leider war das zimmer überhaupt nicht sauber. Die toilettenschüssel war innen schwarz. Die bettbezüge hatten löcher. Das frühstück war gut. Schön grosse auswahl. Aber auf keinen fall 5 sterne hotel

Çok sıcaktı oda klima çalışmıyordu resepsiyona söyledikten tam 20 saat sonra adam geldi çıkış için hazırlanıyorduk Çok saçma . Kahvaltı güzeldi odalar temizdi ama aşırı sıcaktı oda bi türlü soğumadı

Geçen yıllarda Anemon da defalarca kalmıştım, deprem sonrası mı kötüledi zamanla mı kötüye gitti bilemiyorum. Lobi deki ışıkları bile yakmıyorlar, ortalık loş. Misafirleri karşılama yok. Otel güvenlik görevlisi yok, otoparka araçlar kontrolsüz girip çıkıyor güvenli değil. Havuz başını restoran yapmışlar gürültülü müzik çalınıyor. Otel genel olarak eski görünüyor. Kim otelde kalıyor, kim gezmeye gelmiş belli değil çok kalabalık. Bell boy yok

absolument parfait. il serait bien que le personnel parle qques mots d'anglais!

Otel fiziki altyapısı ile çok güzel bununla beraber işletmesel problemler var. Otel içindeki işletmede gece yarılarına kadar müzikli etkinlikler oldu ve gürültü sebebiyle konforlu uyumak mümkün olmadı . Kahvaltı hizmetleri 5 yıldızlı bir otel için yetersizdi. Banyolarda tesisat problemi var, ilk odada lavabo gideri tıkalıydı, başka bir odaya geçtik ancak bu odada da klozet (wc) rezervuarında problem vardı ve çok uzun süre rezervuarın dolmasının çıkardığı sesleri dinlemek zorunda kaldık.
