The hotel looks great esthetically. The rooms are much smaller than what the pictures make them seem. Very dated. The AC didnt work consistently it would cool for 5 mins and blow warm humid air The rest of the day. No storage in the room for long stays. The showering amenities like shampoo are really low quality and Im one who never has an issue with this but I had an issue with their product. The carpets had stains and crust feel and need to cahnged. The pillows were lumpy and really poor. I had 4 different sized pillows lol. The breakfast buffet was great!

Cleaning is zero, I stayed 5 days room never been cleaned. Breakfast buffet was horrible and dirty (there was hair on scrambled egg which they put on buffet). Automatically you are getting negative vibes on breakfast area.

Our family enjoyed this hotel very much. We booked for 6 nights. We we really liked was great location and wonderful staff like Feride who was so nice to our family. The hotel also has nice swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hammam. Walking distance to Taksim Square, transport link and main shopping street. Breakfast can be improved. Fruits and salads nice and fresh and you can order omelettes. We recommend

The room was clean; however, the carpets needed a deep cleaning, as there were visible wine and coffee stains. Also, although our floor was supposed to be non-smoking, there was still a noticeable smell of smoke, even in the room. The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were nice and helpful.

It was a really lovely stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Aziz who felt like a family member more than a staff member. Thanks also to Elif and Meryem at reception, the lovely lady supervisor who checked in every morning at breakfast to check if we had any comments or were enjoying our stay and the helpful house keeping staff. The breakfast buffet was varied and fresh, the hotel was clean and very well located, a few minutes walk feom Taksim Square and the metro station, as well as having a lot of other public transport connections and a variety of buses to catch. The hotel was located within a few roads that had limited car traffic and were surrounded by security and police at all hours so it felt safe even when walking home at midnight. Would definitely come back.

Rooms are clean. Breakfast menu isn’t even close to a five star hotel. Dining room lacks seating and becomes overcrowded at breakfast. TV has only a few English speaking channels, all but one of which are news. Old TV’s lacking Netflix or other entertainment apps. Top-notch staff in an excellent location. Gym is satisfactory.
