We had a truly wonderful stay at Elite World Istanbul Taksim! The location is perfect, the room was clean and spacious, the staff were absolutely amazing, and overall everything exceeded our expectations. A special huge thank you to Hengameh and Ferideh — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and always went the extra mile with big smiles. They truly made our trip special and memorable. The only small suggestion for improvement: unfortunately the Queen bed mattress was not comfortable. Everything else was perfect! Thank you so much for the warm hospitality. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!

Hengameh went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was smooth and comfortable, always checking in with genuine care and promptly addressing any requests or questions I had. Her calm manner, warm personality, and willingness to help made a significant difference and created a truly memorable experience. It is rare to encounter such a high level of personalised service, and Hengameh is undoubtedly a great asset to the hotel. Her dedication reflects the excellent culture and values of Elite Hotel as a whole. I would highly recommend Elite Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a truly pleasant stay.
