Very spacious and comfy. Nice view from all side. The food was good. We could easily rent bike (free) and motorbikes. The people working there were lovely and helpful. We loved it

Beautiful hidden gem right under the limestone cliffs. The place was modern, very comfortable with plenty of hot water and AC as well as warm welcoming hosts. Book it, you will not regret it!

The room was really clean and well-prepared when I checked-in and staff at there were friendly and really supportive. You can ask for arranging transportation from homestay to transportation agent directing you to NoiBai without taxi fee. I will visit there if having chance.

Be aware if you wanna book this place! First: we got lost at night, the taxi driver was also confused by the location. I believe that you can find a good hotel that is located at the center and closed to all attractions. If you want something that natural staying vibe, I strongly urge you to do more research instead picking this one. The cleaning is also one of the big things to keep in mind if you stay here. The swimming pool seems cool on website BUT the reality is NO, we saw died mosquitoes in the pool, a dead frog in the drain of the pool thay was stinking. Second: the service is so so so F*cking bad. The woman with black short hair that stays at the receptionist desk, not sure if that person is owner or just working there, but that person really gave me the worst hospitality service ever. That woman was so rude when every time I asked for help and replied with a tone of disdain. If that woman is just working there, the owner really needs to fire her lol. She seems doesn't wanna work. Thirdly: also reconsider if you wanna do your laundry there, your item is possibly lost and no way to find! In all my trip from in Vietnam from Ho Chi Minh city-Hue-Ha Noi-Ninh Binh-Sapa-Halong Bay, this place in Ninh Binh gave me the worst experience.

Really well! Rooms are clean, comfortable. The receptionist, the kitchen is friendly and attentive (the female cleaning staff is a little bit reserved and unprofessional). Some buildings are under construction, so there's still a bit of dust. Hopefully, the next time I come back, the works are fine. Very delicious food at reasonable prices!
