Hotel is so so, smoking around and hard to find, unfriendly

Great service, but I don’t like the fact that they’re not taking care of their clients and not prioritizing them. I requested for an early check in and they did not do something about it. But still an awesome stay!

Sao Hotel is okay. Staff is courteous and friendly.

I experienced so well in this Villa. Mistress is so friendly and lovely. By some reasons, I went to here earlier than check-in time, but she also check in for us when having an available room. It's so nice 🥰

I clearly booked 2 DOUBLE beds, the description above is 2 DOUBLE beds but when checking in, they said 2 double beds is a family room and pushed me to a room with 1 large bed and then split it into 2 SINGLE beds as shown in the picture with the reason that the window is the same as the window in the picture => the room is the same as the picture. This is no different from cheating customers, hanging a goat's head to sell dog meat. In addition, the room is dirty, the door latch is broken, the blanket is damp and squeaky, the toilet door is yellow and looks terrible.

The hotel is ideal if you want to escape the stress of the city center but want to reach everything in 15 minutes by taxi. The rooms are of medium standard and are very clean. The staff serves every request and is always friendly (which actually applies to all Vietnamese anyway). Unfortunately, the pool and roof terrace are just marketing, and there was neither a table nor chairs on the balcony to relax in the evening. Due to the quiet location, there are fewer hotel guests, which means the breakfast buffet is manageable, but offers everything you need for the day. The same applies to the surrounding area, here it is from 9 pm. Almost everything is closed. All in all a good decision and price/performance was convincing.
