Room door is not tight, there are mosquitoes, poor soundproofing. Outside, you can hear the noise. Cleaning the room is not clean, the cup has excess residue. Families with babies or a lot of belongings should not stay here as there is no elevator. Enthusiastic staff.

The room is really bad, guys. I booked the room because this is my old home address. But the experience was so bad. Not counting the construction work nearby that was full on weekends, the room here is very small, the plastic door is very rickety, I had to use a mask to block the door to avoid the door slamming even though there was no wind in the hotel. The toilet door could not be closed. The bathroom has a natural ventilation door, which is really bad! I added a few conditions when booking a room, but they were not met at all when checking in even though it was not peak season, the receptionist told me that I had bought the last slot and it was almost as bad as that because I bought it through traveloka 🤣. I book rooms 6-12 times a year in Quy Nhon, but this is an extremely bad experience since booking a room in Quy Nhon within the past year!
