Location right in the old town, opposite Ta Hien 1 minute walk, 3 minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake, many shops and restaurants, very convenient to move around. Hotel staff are friendly, cute, and cheerful.

All Staffs were very friendly and helpful, definitely delighted my experience. Just one thing feedback that my first room I stay was quiet small, not enough for me to open my luggage and the toilet layout and organise not reasonable. The other rooms I stay were much better. Thank you.

New hotel, spacious, clean, enthusiastic and attentive reception. The hotel is located right on the pedestrian street , in the center of the old town , convenient for eating and sightseeing . If I have the opportunity to go to Hanoi again, I will support Mina again

Khách sạn nằm ngay khu phố cổ Hà Nội, nhỏ nhắn nhưng xinh xắn. Đồ ăn sáng đa dạng, hợp khẩu vị. Nếu có dịp sẽ quay lại vào 1 ngày gần nhất. Cám ơn Mina vì những trải nghiệm tuyệt vời tại Hà Nội.

1. Good: clean hotel, nice interior, extremely friendly and cute staff, breakfast with few dishes but basically okay, quality. 2. Not good: hot room, 6th floor but there are mosquitoes and insects; The air conditioning system is broken, the staff is quite slow, lacks initiative and flexibility, the room layout is not reasonable on the 2nd day, making guests lose time to move, the arrangement of the family room should be noisy. If selected, will not give priority to return.

Good location and value for money. Staff were very good. Bed was very comfortable. Decor was good. Bathroom was very modern. TV system had many channels. Very good location, attentive staff, cold air conditioner, strong water flow, comfortable mattress, recommend to stay at all, not disappointed, sleep for 4 nights, go and stay again
