Hotels in Ba Ria - Vung Tau

It could be possibly better. The room was not properly cleaned. There was a strong musty smell throughout. I have stayed in many units at The Sóng, but I would say this might be the dirtiest apartment I’ve ever stayed in. The toilet seat was broken, and the floor felt greasy as if it hadn’t been properly mopped—perhaps just quickly wiped over once. The bed sheets were still hanging on the balcony to dry. The refrigerator had a bad odor. It seems that due to managing too many units, the cleaning might have been done hastily. The bed sheets did not appear to have been changed. Based on my two years of experience in the hospitality industry, I personally believe the sheets were not replaced—only lightly dusted off for reuse.

Overall, we appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate our needs, including a late check out request the next day, which was greatly appreciated. The frontline staff (both of Reception & F&B) are always friendly and courteous. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your kindness and professionalism. It really set the tone for a great stay. Thank you for being so helpful! We will be back soon.

Everything is fine. Rooms are so spacious and we can play games in the room. There are many trees around the pools so you can swim anytime without worries to expose to sunlight. We stayed during the weekend. It's so crowded and hard to get breakfast. The price at the restaurant is quite expensive, so we took a taxi to the town about 4km to have dinner at a local restaurant. It's good to have a chance to enjoy the air at the town with many nice coffee shops. 😊
