Ha Noi Le Grand Hotel
I had a 4-night booking in Hanoi Le Grand Hotel, but was disappointed with the room at first night. The room had a strong smell, the bed was broken in part, and the room lights were used in yellow (so dark). However, I got support from the receptionist when they changed me to a better room on the sixth floor.
