Non-refundable accommodation Terms and Condition:  

1. If your booking is non-refundable, but you need to cancel for reasons beyond your control, you may try to submit a refund request, and we will escalate your request to the accommodation.
2. The accommodation you have booked may approve or reject the refund request.
3. Your refund approval request for your accommodation reservation can only be made once and does not allow for any cancellation options or date changes.
4. Your refund approval request will be submitted to the respective accommodation.
5. The process of your refund approval request takes a maximum of 2 days from the submission of your request.
6. If, within 2 days of submitting your request refund your accommodation, there is no response from the accommodation, your request to refund your accommodation will be automatically canceled.
7. If your refund request is approved by the accommodation, your refund will be subject to fees including bank transfer fees (if applicable) and a refund handling fee of 10%, with a minimum of IDR 20,000 / MYR 6 / SGD 1.5 / VND 32,000 / THB 45 / PHP 72 / USD 1 / AUD 2 / EUR 1 / JPY 182 / KRW 1,700 and a maximum of IDR 300,000 / MYR 85 / SGD 25 / VND 470,000 / THB 665 / PHP 1,000 / USD 19 / AUD 28 / EUR 17 / JPY 2,700 / KRW 25,500.
8. The refund amount you receive is the total amount after deducting fees (including applicable deductions such as bank transfer fees, cancellation fees, refund handling fees, etc.).
9. Traveloka shall not be responsible for the processing time of refund requests, the decision regarding your refund approval, the amount refunded by the booked accommodation, and you hereby absolve Traveloka from any liability for potential losses incurred.
10. The refund process will be in accordance with the terms stated in Traveloka's Terms and Conditions.
