The room was initially clean. It was lightly cleaned every other day.

Staff were very helpful with all questions . All amenities were great . Restaurants very convenient. Location within walking distance of most attractions .

Room and pool area were not clean. Molding missing in the whole hallway. Convenient location. Very kind employees.

Bed and pillows very comfortable

We had a wonderful anniversary trip at this property. The staff were lovely and helpful. Definitely recommend to couples and families. Parking was expensive, but there are plenty of options in the area, overall fabulous stay.

No coffee or cup replenishment for our second night

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We typically stay within walking distance of the casino. This hotel offers the best value for your money. It’s modern , clean and has all sorts of places to eat within its 4 walls. Highly recommend this place.

Too expensive, staff was very good

If you want a very busy hotel, this is the place for you! Tons of kids/teens sports' teams completely filling the lobby & outside parking lot! Parking is expensive at the hotel but thankfully there are cheaper options nearby. Hotel staff was friendly, hotel was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the Nespresso machine & free coffee & water in the room.

Had issues with our toilet not flushing. We gave up on maintenance after 2 hours of waiting.

My reservation at the hotel was cancelled, but a staff member called me to let me know that they will be accommodating me to their sister hotel the Hyatt. The Hyatt was nice. We got a room with a view of the falls, and it was amazing. The room had some kind of bugs flying around the room. I wish the hotel would have a tram to take you around town to different restaurants or activities. We asked the concierge for some information about the wineries, and they were not very friendly.
