You all should book here at Wyndham Grand Hotel. All amenities are near by walking distance easy access to the Go Transit Bus for the outdoor amenities. Room views are nice you can see the falls. Casino and shopping stores.

We stayed at Hyatt Regency due to Wyndham need to accommodate the people that got flooded. Both hotels did a great job from staff to maintaining cleanliness or accommodation. We had a great stay and wanted to go back. We love the perfect view from our room. Thank you!

Great place to stay, central location to many activities! Definitely a family friendly hotel. We love that we can access the casino, play place and the falls is a short walk. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is always friendly. Be prepared for high parking costs.

Even though there was no view of the Falls, the location was very convenient. The connection to nearby Hotels and amenities made walking in the elements easy. The rooms were large and clean. Excellent water pressure, nice bath and toiletries. Nespresso machine, unlimited coffee pods and water bottles was essential. Staff was friendly, took a while sometimes to get requested items. The room felt a little "corporate", but overall very nice. There were some strange noises, like clicking or creaking even though we were on the top floor but not too bad

I reserved a 1 room: King bed, view of the falls in January of 2026, after I found out that the Black Keys would be performing at the OLG concert hall. I not only booked it because I was traveling from 5 hours away, but because of the proximity to the venue because I have an illness that affects my lungs and prevents me from walking long distances. I arrived at the hotel at 7:30 in good spirits and excited to check-in quickly change out of my work attire and then then head to the show that was starting at 8pm. When I got to the front counter, I was immediately encountered with hostile attitude and unprofessionalism from the front desk and then the manager on duty. Who proceeded to wave her name tag in my face when I asked for her information. When I tried to check in, the front desk attendant tried to gaslight me, asking me if I was sure I had a reservation because she could not find me, I opened my app showed her my booking info and confirmation#. She then tells me "they gave my room away to an indigenous person and that it is a government law". I asked to speak to the manager who came out and basically told me I had no room, he proceeded to tell me They tried to call me the day before, but my voicemail was full, and that they could move me to the Wyatt, but my room was gone.

Was a great girls trip! We were all between 45-70 years young and all had a great time. Rooms are very clean and spacious and all the staff were outstanding from front desk to the valets to housekeeping! One downfall is absolutely zero places to sit in any common areas. Pool was clean and we enjoyed our time there!

Property was good and location is excellent. But one staff made it so I WON’T RETURN. The person who checked me in seemed judgemental and gave me unclear directions regarding parking, etc. I sorted these out as everyone else in the lobby and outside was very helpful. My biggest issue is again with this same front desk staff who came to my room the following morning and knocked on the door. DESPITE A PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN…AND A LATE CHECKOUT. I had called the front desk a few hours prior to ask for late check out, spoke with a kind woman who offered it to me and I agreed to pay. And yet I was disturbed by this man who had a checklist of names and rooms, and once he saw me open the door he looked at his list again and said, are you checking out? To which I said I have late checkout, and a sign on my door. He looked at the list again and said that’s right and left. I later called the front desk after checking out to tell them about this and it was the same man who answered. He still did not say sorry a single time and said he will ensure that the staff does better going forward. Ironically the staff that needs to do better is just him. I eventually spoke to the manager who refunded me for the late check out and disturbance. So overall not a bad place to stay, but I never want to see this man again.

Pros; very nice staff. Shoutout to Aaliyah who was sweet and sent a bottle wine for bday being celebrated. Convenient location and good food choices nearby even within hotel. Shoutout to Kegs went there twice. Also a Starbucks in there too, Fitness center was nice. Con: while rooms are spacy, they could use updating. Upon arrival shower had clump someone hair prior stay and called to asked it to be cleaned as I didn’t want touch it and it took until the following day and constant calling for someone come up. So couldn’t shower first night after driving 6 hours. Hot water a hit or miss and lighting was not strong

We’ve stayed at quite a few hotels along the Niagara strip over the years, including some of the more well-known “nicer” ones, and I can honestly say this was the cleanest by far. Cleanliness is a big deal for me, and at other hotels we’ve had experiences where the sheets didn’t even feel properly cleaned. That was absolutely not the case here. The room was genuinely clean, fresh, and well maintained. Whatever standards they’re following, I really hope they keep it up—especially during the busy summer season. Check-in was also a great experience. The front desk staff were kind, patient, and got us settled in quickly, which made a big difference after a long day. Overall, this has easily been our best stay in Niagara Falls. We’ll definitely be coming back.

( my family had 2 rooms- 4 travellers ) The rooms were clean, there was no hot water for showers. One of the rooms had no heat for 2 days, on day 2 maintenance came to put in a new unit. ( Rooms have no microwave , but there is a fridge) depending when you go , parking can be tricky. Staff were friendly. The casino is a short walk. We only ate in the hotel once TGIF ( as prices are higher)

Did get to stay at my hotel was mover to a worse hotel with no notice. Will not book here again and very disappointed with this travel app for not letting me know ahead of time . I was supposed to be in a hotel attached to fallsview so my wife and I would not have to go outside to get to the concert venue, we packed expecting to not have to be in the cold then were moved to a hotel further away called the Hyatt and had no say about it. Terrible service ,no room service , 2 of the 5 elevators were out of service so anytime I want to use one it was a 5 to 10 min wait going up or down 👎👎👎parking cost a fortune. Do not stay here

Shoutout to Kegs went there twice. Also a Starbucks in there too, Fitness center was nice. Con: while rooms are spacy, they could use updating. Upon arrival shower had clump someone hair prior stay and called to asked it to be cleaned as I didn’t want touch it and it took until the following day and constant calling for someone come up. We’ve stayed at quite a few hotels along the Niagara strip over the years, including some of the more well-known “nicer” ones, and I can honestly say this was the cleanest by far. Cleanliness is a big deal for me, and at other hotels we’ve had experiences where the sheets didn’t even feel properly cleaned. That was absolutely not the case here. The room was genuinely clean, fresh, and well maintained. Whatever standards they’re following, I really hope they keep it up—especially during the busy summer season. Check-in was also a great experience. The front desk staff were kind, patient, and got us settled in quickly, which made a big difference after a long day. Overall, this has easily been our best stay in Niagara Falls. We’ll definitely be coming back.

( my family had 2 rooms- 4 travellers ) The rooms were clean, there was no hot water for showers. One of the rooms had no heat for 2 days, on day 2 maintenance came to put in a new unit. ( Rooms have no microwave , but there is a fridge) depending when you go , parking can be tricky. Staff were friendly. The casino is a short walk. We only ate in the hotel once TGIF ( as prices are higher)

Did get to stay at my hotel was mover to a worse hotel with no notice. Will not book here again and very disappointed with this travel app for not letting me know ahead of time . I was supposed to be in a hotel attached to fallsview so my wife and I would not have to go outside to get to the concert venue, we packed expecting to not have to be in the cold then were moved to a hotel further away called the Hyatt and had no say about it. Terrible service ,no room service , 2 of the 5 elevators were out of service so anytime I want to use one it was a 5 to 10 min wait going up or down 👎👎👎parking cost a fortune. Do not stay here
