Fabulous hotel! Front desk staff were phenomenal upon check in. We had a terrible experience at another hotel and moved out reservation to the Wyndham Grand. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Room and pool were clean. Will stay here again.

The front desk staff did not seem very friendly - granted, we were about 25 minutes early for check in, but we asked if we could park our vehicle and come back. Even after the 4:00 pm check in time, we were advised that our King Fallsview Room wasn't yet ready. The room itself was well maintained and clean. The floor was VERY noisy, as there was a large group of 10-12 year old hockey players who were not especially supervised. The sound of doors slamming and kids running in the hall was an issue. We did dine in one of the onsite restaurants and while the service was quick, the food was mediocre. Coffee in the room leaves a lot to be desired.

Car was sandwiched between two cars a could not get out. Charged $35 per day to park in parking lot across from the hotel. Took several hours to finally get the car out. After complaining finally got a credit for the parking. Turns out another person actually had his Toyota 2024 Tundra truck stolen from the parking lot!
The parking lot had a lot of snow and the path to the lot was never shoveled.
This experience would get me to skip this place to stay.

Room had a crappy layout. Not very happy staying on the 12th floor and by the freaking elevator. Elevator door was just outside our BED wall and heard hockey (30of which) til 12.30AM! And kids running and playing in the halls and running around all Sat, and jumping on 1408( above our room) at 7 am! Not very please as a Wyndham rewards member!

Room was in good condition. Phone did not work, room did not have a bed for 5th person, towels were not provided for everyone, body wash was completely finished. I had to make all my requests using my cellphone because the phone wasn't working.
