Great location and staff were helpful from The parking entrance to the front desk. The room was newly renovated, clean and well appointed. Would stay there again

Overall we had a great experience at this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very clean. Good options for food, snacks and meals. My only complaint is about the parking. They charge $35 per night for off-site parking within walking distance of the hotel. However, we came in at 11pm one night and that lot was completely full and there was no parking available in it at all. Street parking is sparse and I was still charged for parking in a lot which I was unable to use.

The room toiletry bottles were nearly empty when we arrived, after housekeeping reset the room, the bottles were not refilled. Luckily I brought my own shampoo/conditioner and body wash but I thought it so odd that they weren't filled not even once during our 3 night stay and that they were empty to begin with. Also, parking is a big business in Niagara Fall area. You are better off going to the lot across the street yourself to pay $20 a day rather than get a parking pass from the hotel to park in the same lot for $35. Parking on the hotel lot is $70 and valet $100CAD. Don't be lazy, park it yourself across the street and save yourself the money. The onsite amenities, restaurants and easy access to things was great.

Hotel was clean every day and smelled very good. The staff was very helpful. Answered my request within a few minutes. Great location to the Niagara Falls and surrounding attractions.

Everything was perfect, close to everything rooms were clean. Bed was a little less comfortable than I would have thought.

Our room had a leaking air conditioner. The carpet was wet about a meter out from the a/c. Front corner was great and took care of all our on-site charges. (Parking and DMC) What is DMC charges, good thing you asked. Because I booked through Expedia.ca, there was an additional resort charge (DMC) that they (Wyndham) doesn’t tell you about till checkout. Something you should be aware of people and Expedia. This extra fee made it more expensive to book through Expedia.ca then going straight to Wyndham, they include it in there prices, no last minute surprise at checkout. FYI

All wonderful

Nice hotel close to Casino and OLG stage. Staff was efficient and helpful. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a shortage of hot water for our morning shower. Let the front desk know upon checking out and they indicated they would contact maintenance. Perhaps a little incentive would be nice when people report an issue?

Great stay great room. Only complaint was Internet kept killing us out and slow.

It was a fine one nighter.
