The room I reserved online was not the same I got, the one I chose at the time of booking had a sofa, the one they gave me did not.

I did not stay at the Wyndham fallsview because they had fire evacuees, therefore I got transfer to their sister hotel The Hyatt Regency. My rating is on that hotel

The view from the window wasn't great. The room was clean and comfortable for 5 people. Close to everything.

This hotel was wonderful for overlooking situations. They switched me for great upgrades the greatest room with view, so I felt like so lucky!!! Thanks for the hotel staff!! ♡
