we booked a week and half before we were going and as soon as we check in the move us to a different property becasue they have no rooms

Wyndham Grand Fallsview is close to the fallsview casino. It has a great hot tub and a nice receptionist at the front desk.

Overall the hotel was nice. The only complaint I have is the parking situation. If you park off site it is very sketchy. A friend‘s car got broken into and the hotel did nothing about it.

Room could have been cleaner. Dust on lower portions of the tables next to the bed and on the sink base.

Staff was very accommodating, but the rooms, while spacious, utilize that space poorly. It’s an alternative versus the surrounding hotels at the right price, because it lacks some of the extras

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The rooms are clean. Check-in was easy staff werefriendly. The only downside was the property is older and rooms. Need to be updated. But overall great hotel.

Overall the hotel was very clean. Super comfortable and affordable and safe.

There is NO breakfast at this hotel and no working vending machines. They have a tourist trap we dont care altitude towards guests.

The location was great, close to the Falls and within walking distance to the casino, restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely stay again.
