The location was very convenient, as it is close to the train station and SkyBus. There is also a reasonably sized grocery store near the station where you can find fresh fruit and other food. The front office staff were friendly and helpful as well. The room and bed were a little small for two people, but they were perfectly adequate for a single traveler. The extra blanket was a great comfort during the Melbourne winter, and I really appreciated having the Qibla direction indicated on the ceiling. The trash bin in the corridor was also very convenient and helpful. It would be even better if you could add a bidet spray in the toilet.

Good, but a little bit noisy. And also the AC is too noisy, made me uncomfortable when sleeping.

The location was very good, across the Southern Central Station and in the CBD area (free tram access). Easy to find and also provides the luggage and shower room.

Came here with my siblings was a great choice with the Family Room with the spacious space. The staff was friendly to assist us while staying there. Would gladly come back next time visiting Melbourne.

At first sign, staff was so rude with me and my friends.

Booked the room for 3 people and it was done. Including breakfast, but the hotel info that was booked only included breakfast for 1 person 😢 for 2 more people had to pay Aud 17 each per person; My advice is never to book a room including breakfast. The location and the room are indeed good.

Strategically located hotel, in front of Melbourne tram station, and pick up point for Melbourne Sky Bus airport bus.

It is a great location for trams and trains being so close to Southern Cross Station and easy access to the Skybus as well. The room was basic but comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly. However, the heater is too noisy for me to sleep well.

Close to public transport and a few fast food joints (steer clear of McDonalds), a bottle shop and a convenience store. The streets around were dirty, a few more garbage bins would be useful,
