The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! The first room we were allotted came with a broken window, damaged and scratched furniture, not a single lamp shade was able to maintain its proper position, plug ins (as few as they were) did not work, bathroom sink was discusting and there was hair in the shower curtain (didn’t know until the morning), phone didn’t even work to be able to call a bell person to assist us with our luggage as we planned to leave. We were obviously going to check out, I told the front desk person my issues with the accommodation we were provided and that I wanted to check out early, they assured me they could find me another room suitable. We left to shop for a few hours and returned to see our new room. We were given the exact same room number one floor below! No broken window, the plug ins and phone were in working order. However, the ‘new’ room was also in very poor condition as the previous room. We were awoken at 1230 by the adjoining rooms children, one of which cried for over an hour … not the hotels fault, but just another thing to solidify the terrible condition of the hotel that also had ZERO soundproofing. The next morning when we check out, i tried to call the front desk for a bellman to assist us with our bags and no one would answer the phone no mater how long it rang. When we got all our stuff down to the lobby, 3 people were standing around … I guess to busy to answer the phone or ask how our stay was. DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hotel ever!

Best place ever

Specific situation: We arrived after 9pm and had to wait for the room to be checked before we could check in, apparently they were checking to see if the carpet was still wet. We eventually left our bags and went to get some food because restaurants close at 10pm. Came back around 10:30pm and went up to room. It had an unpleasant smell, but we figured that was because of the recent carpet cleaning. Turned out we discovered the next day that the carpet was saturated beside one of the beds, which was the cause of the smell. Really disappointed that we were given a room that was less than acceptable after we were made to wait while someone "checked" it. The upgrade charge was removed as compensation, but it was incredibly disappointing to be put in this situation to begin with. Overall, front desk was consistently understaffed (usually 1 person on the desk) with no one else around at concierge or front door. Not easy to get help or quick answers. Room was not thoroughly cleaned, upon arrival there was a hair clip in the bathroom that wasn't ours, and garbage behind the side table which we discovered when we moved it. Only one of 2 beds was made for us during the stay.

It was nice for an older hotel. The staff was helpful and being in the mall is a plus.

Amazing rooms as always. Clean and relaxing. Front desk was very helpful. Hope to book again.

We were able to check in quickly. The lady at the desk was very friendly. When we arrived at our room we noticed there were dirty dishes left in the hallway by our door and we had to let the front desk know as they remained overnight even through housekeeping went by. The room was large, clean, and beds were comfortable. Water bottles and keurig coffee provided. We had to request a room change though as our first morning we were awoken at 6:30AM by a construction crew working outside our window with chainsaws. The front desk accommodated this and mentioned they had a lot of these noise complaints and had to make quite a few room switches. We were moved to a new room that afternoon and it was also large and clean. My only concern with the new room is that it was an adjoining room and it doesn’t feel private. The next door occupants were loud, we could hear their TV, their conversations and the man snoring at night. The people in the other room also rolled some batteries under the adjoining door to our side which was strange. I would request not to be in an adjoining room if you are not needing one.

Everything was wonderful!! I loved my stay, I would have stayed longer if I could. I have only one complaint, there are no USB ports and that is a must these days, more plug ins at the bedside are necessary as well. Well honestly an upgrade is necessary at some point.

I have never waited longer for an elevator. Can’t understand why having 4 elevators still yield a longer than a 10-min wait. The bathroom sink facet broke off when using off. I had to screw it back on. Our suite door creaked when opening. There were no prior notice that the bottles of water were free. And no slippers offered in the room. The suite next to us was so loud that we can hear their kids in the early morning probably due to the lack of sound insulation between suites.

This hotel was amazing, and the staff were incredibly helpful. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The kindness and service truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
