Very nice room and the staff was very friendly and very helpful

There was no parking so I had to park my vehicle way down the road and was unsure if it would get towed or not. The included breakfast was supposed to be from 6am-11am and I went down for breakfast at 10:20 and there were no hot foods in the containers, no eggs, bacon, pancakes… ect. There was fruit and some bagels left and that was basically it. Which is disappointing because I feel if the breakfast is until 11 then they should have breakfast until 11.

Room was uncomfortably warm. Called for maintenance who told us we needed to keep the thermostat down. That was not the problem as it persisted for the duration of our stay. Room was in rough shape. Dusty walls, no cutlery for a suite, poor painting job, empty body wash, phone didn’t work to call front desk - had to use cell phone, parking was limited. Breakfast was limited despite still available for another Hour. The only silver lining was that the housekeeping and breakfast staff was responsive and friendly. Pretty disappointed.

Parking was paid on check in but was told if i left my spot and went out for a few hours i would lose my spot . So that's not a good practice selling more spots than the parade has. The toilet was very low to the ground like something you would have in a child's day care !

Great service

Staff and breakfast were great, unfortunately hotel was very noise all night , dogs barking even after calling in middle of night to complain.

Staff were great, as was the room, but there was something wrong with the toilet and it didn't always flush. Apart from that it was all good.

Rhe room was clean. Larger than we expected. The staff was friendly and helpful with parking arrangments. We showed up way to early (10 AM) and they allowed an early check in with no fees. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel location is great. Downtown and close to the night life. However, we found a COCKROACH in our room! I brought it down to the front desk and advised that we found it on the window sill. I got a call from the front desk in the morning, advising me that they were removing my parking fee which was $13.20. Then proceeded to charge us for bacon at breakfast. I asked for a discount off my room but the said because I paid through hotels.com, they could not provide me with any discount off my nightly stay.
