Ive been using this hotel for over 3 years weekly, they use to not require credits cards and could pay $300 cash depots but not anymore. Now with the new owners they have made it a credit card only hotel for payment and deposit. Be awear if you book youl need to have full payment plus $100 on available on your credit card and if not they will charge you 1 night fee for cancelation as they wont check you into your room unless everything is on a major credit card!!! BE AWEAR

Had to call down everyday because no towels were put in my room after housekeeping.

Clean room

Stains on bedding/shower curtain/towels. (Not even sure if the shower curtain was changed after last person as it didn’t look to be) I understand the hotel is undergoing some slow* updates but the entire second floor was a mess and never even saw anyone working. Room smelt of cigarettes. Hair on bathroom vanity and shower wall. Wasn’t given proper towels or face clothes for 2 people, and after cleaners came the next morning we were left with even less.

The hotel has been partially renovated but is in need of more renos. Also it could use some sound proofing in the rooms. We could hear the TV in room next to us, although in fairness to the hotel I am not sure how loud they had the TV turned up. Over all it was okay for the price. The front desk staff were very friendly. The pool is small and there is no hot tub. Close to many amenities and restaurants. Short drive to WEM.

Dirty hallways and lobby. Room not so clean. Needs renovation, hooks are duct taped.

Overall our stay was comfortable. Hoever, many things are outdated in the rooms and the cleaning job was atrocious! Hair in the bed and on the pillows, greasy hand and head prints on the headboard, lightbulbs burned out, loose table legs, shower curtain ripped, toilet filthy, bedding looked slept in and unchanged, fridge freezer not defrosted and generally just unsatisfactory cleaning done in the room. More thorough inspections should be done after cleaning the room to ensure customer satisfaction as it appears staff are untrained, lazy and/or cut corners....unacceptable in this industry!!

Clean room and friendly staff. Easy parking and easy to get around and very pet friendly room. Never had breakfast but I'm sure it's good and so is the bed till check out....lol.

Had no breakfast at the hotel, room was very clean, staffers receptive, and parking area is a bit concerning due to safety of vehicles.

The elevator was super sketchy and didn’t always go to the floor you selected. There was also a fair size gap at the bottom of the door and we had to block the light with towels

Clean modern room. Comfy beds.

The elevator cleanliness was way below standard. The room was not properly cleaned, the room was extremely hot and we could not adjust the thermostat.

It was busy but enjoyed the stay in the room. Parking was convenient.

We had to change room.the ac was making a loud banging noise..coffeef maker was out of service for the 5 day i was there and was still when i left. Got lock out of room the day before i left say it was glitch in the system
