Clean Close by to a bus stop I used to get around the city Pool water was cold but kids didn't care Worst part staying here was the doors key pad. Every night the key pad on other doors in the hall would go off. Front desk told me to just go make sure the doors are completely closed shut. Just imagine getting woken up by a non stop beeping sound and having to leave your room to walk the hall to find the door which is making noise and having to shut it closed. I Will not book this hotel again

The staff were a bit odd? Not sure entirely how to describe the oddness but I didn’t love that. The pool was super tiny and always busy so we didn’t even bother to go. The ice machine was broken on our floor. The location was very nice though as well as the price.

During my stay, I was extremely disappointed by the condition of the hotel and the lack of response to serious health and safety concerns. Upon entering our room, there was a strong and persistent mold odour that was immediately noticeable. Other team member in other rooms had visible black mold and flooding in their rooms. Throughout our stay, I experienced breathing difficulties, and my daughter developed skin irritation, which we believe was related to the condition of the room. In addition, the shower had not been properly cleaned, there was no shampoo provided, and no bottled water was available in the room upon arrival. The issues extended well beyond our room. Numerous amenities that were advertised or expected were unavailable or out of service, including the gym, coffee machine, ice machine, and payment system. I brought my concerns directly to hotel staff, specifically raising the potential health and safety risks associated with the condition of the hotel. Unfortunately, my concerns were not acknowledged or addressed in any meaningful way. The only response I received was two bottles of water, which were provided on the day of checkout. Given the significant health concerns, poor cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, and inadequate customer service, I do not believe the accommodations provided met a reasonable standard or reflected the level of service that guests should expect.

We booked this hotel for the location. However, we probably won't choose this hotel again for our next visit to Edmonton. When we first entered the hotel, we were overwhelmed by a combined odor of chlorine and an old musty smell. We are not sure why they would design a hotel with the pool right at the front entrance. The front desk clerk was by herself and it took a long time for her to check in the person ahead of us. It didn't take long before the line had 6 people waiting. The musty smell was pretty well all over the hotel including a bit in our room. Most of the drawers in our room had water stains or marks inside. We did not want to put our clothes in them so we left everything in our suitcase. The carpet in our room is in need of a deep clean or replacement. The hotel is currently undergoing some minor renovation but we think they will need to do more than this to make it more inviting.

This was not a true Radisson. It was dirty, it rained inside when it rained outside (like insane in the lobby. It soaked the couches lol) The stairwells were wet, missing ceiling tiles, wallpaper peeling… When our room was cleaned, they took our towels and didn’t replace them with more. I called down and they still didn’t bring some. Would never stay again and would beg anyone I knew going to stay anywhere else.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. It looked dated from the outside even with what appears to be a fresh coat of paint, but once inside I was happy to see the hotel clearly had a major renovation. My room was huge and very modern looking. The beds were comfortable and the ac was ice cold. The only small issues I had with the property was the room doors seemed thing and allowed some sound through. Nothing crazy, but was noticeable on occasion. The other issue was the pool appeared to be quite tiny. So much so my son wasn’t interested in using it. However, none of these were deal breakers I’d still recommend this hotel and will definitely look at staying there again.

My wife had stayed at the property and while she was in bed someone walked into her room. Apparently the lock on the door didn't work. I am still waiting to hear from the property to see how they are going to rectify the situation.
