i like this room better than the last time we had because it has microwave. this room also looks newer than the other room we had although bith rooms looks clean.

The staff were great as usual, the only issue with the room was there were a few spots that were missed with the vacuum. The bathtub plug was broken in order to keep the water in you had to place the plug carefully so it was balanced flat

Well i played vlt in lounge won 700 and they didn’t have money to pay but told me to come back 7am still didn’t have money So they told me to come 930 I did still no money then told me come back 1030 then lady there had money but threw it she was mad because I told her I had to cancel appointment in grande prairie but then I got a little heated there is no respect that person should be fired and I’ll never stay there again

They said that they would refund the total room for the night the person we spoke to at the hotel is Kari Wilson
The Mattress, backs are very sore, it needs to be replaced, shortage of wash clothes and no plug for the tub.

We found something stuck to a pillow and the pillow smell like sweat told the manager so we got put in another room 3 times we got locked out they sent up a cleaning guy because there was no maintenance person on duty to fix the lock he left said he would be back but didn’t return so we were moved again 3 time in just a weekend and the shampoo conditioner was left from the last guess so the front desk said they would put in a request to get a free night so now it’s up to Expedia you guys to do something on your end

The hotel is very old and run down. We were looking for a last minute room because we were in town for a tournament and decided at 9pm to stay over. We were just looking for something simple, clean and budget friendly. This was budget friendly- but not clean. I guess you get what you pay for.
There were 3 of us in a room with 2 queen beds. The room had 2 towels in it. We went to ask for another towel and the lady at reception said they didn’t have any. I called down again to say we actually need a 3rd towel and the receptionist reluctantly said she would find one from a vacant room…after I told her it isn’t acceptable to not have enough towels for each guest. Also, the room was the type of room that you want to keep your shoes on the entire time and not touch anything. I don’t recommend as our hopes weren’t high getting there and we were still disappointed.
As we were checking in, another guest handed their key to the desk and said they realize they can’t get their money back, but this hotel isn’t for them and they are going elsewhere 😬.

Pool was nice. Bed was comfortable, issue with fridge but front desk was made aware. Could have had better quality towels. Restaurant was good. Only real complaint was with the TV. Controller did not allow you to set up your own streaming stations. Very archaic

I enjoy the area, close to the mall. The only
thing I was not happy with was the coffee pot in room. I was going to make a cup
of coffee this morning and was disgusted by the sight where you pour water...there appeared to be mold. I called for a different coffee pot and the staff member brought up and informed me someone had actually emptied the coffee in water area.
