The hotel is across the street from the mall. It was a great location and the room was great. Breakfast wasn't much and it's a really small area so you need to be there early to get a seat.

The location is very convenient, we booked a room for 5 person, they gave us only 2 queen bed that good only for 4 people, we paid $44 extra for cot bed, the room has no microwave, and the water pressure is too weak when you're using the shower, if you are looking for a convenient location this is a good one.

Convenient place to stay, right across the street from West Edmonton Mall. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Parking is lacking, not many outdoor stalls, only 2 handicap stalls, There is underground parking if you can't find parking on the grounds, but they charge for those even with a handicap sticker. Overall I would stay here again.

Safe parking and the staff are great. You can walk to the mall or jump on public transit to get you around the city.

Its right across the street from west Edmonton mall. Parking was kind of a pain and the loby and hallways kinda smelled funny. Room was clean enough i could sleep there
