Hot tub was not working, the address is easy to mis read as there is no breakfast offered. But at Dennys. Bed is soft but lumpy and the pillows felt like they were stuffed with socks. Not a restful sleep. Prior to that kids screaming in the pool.

There is one lady at the front desk that is wonderful and extremely helpful. All the other staff are great and the tower with balconies is the best. I only go here for when i need to stay in edmonton

Service as usual is excellent!! Just keep an eye for the amenities that is needed to maintain. Toilet bowl flush is not working well.

For the price it would have been nice to get some sort of discount on breakfast. The rooms are fine but smell a musty. The place wasn’t bad- good if you’re just there to sleep.

Terrible shower, rainfall shower head was mounted on the wall and barely sprayed, so had to hug the wall to get water on my body, but other then that it was a good stay.

Very loud slamming doors and very poor heat and air conditioning controls....need to be upgraded

The pool area was very nice and it was quiet during the day. The staff were very helpful.

Our balcony suite with kitchen was pretty dirty upon arrival. Stains everywhere. Hair in the bathroom/all over tub. Overall a 3 star hotel, nothing fancy.

Good pool could use and update

A few of the dishes provided weren’t clean but I washed them before we used. No big deal but maybe something the housekeepers should keep an eye out for. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Chop and Dennys are both excellent restaurants on site. The amenities are all great as well.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Our room had no window to the outside which was a little strange. It had sliding doors that open to the pool room, which is bright, but there’s no privacy from the the people in the pool and on the pool deck if you have your shades open. So that was a strange experience. The pool hours are also quite limited compared to other hotel pools, it is 9am-9pm. I’m not sure we would stay again if there are other open options, but I wouldn’t be 100% against it.

Clean room

Staff were very helpful and efficient. Couldn't get near the pool or hot tub which was disappointing. Would be nice if there was a time for adult only swim (i.e. 9-10pm). Also, our room was across from the lower level pool entrance and ice machine so a lot of traffic and noisy.
