Staff were wonderful, both the hotel and Chilis restaurant. Highly recommend the shuttle service for getting around Banff, and the Fox staff were so friendly and informative. Loved the hot tub and sauna, very unique

Did not get the room that we had booked Be careful with the Expedia pictures Front desk said third party does NOT get what its on Expedia site. We had a room on the bottom and with the window shades open everyone could see in. We had requested a room with balcony. Not enough counter tops. It was clean and spacious, Chilly’s restaurant was excellent. The hotel was nice with nice hot tub and sauna Close to all the stores and restaurants. We recommend it but make sure Expedia gives you what you ask for

Room clean, little small but great to relax, the jacuzzi is great and clean

The Fox never disappoints. Ken at the front desk was incredible friendly and helpful :) the hotel room and facilities are always very clean. The hot tub is always a great way to relax and it’s in an excellent location. Would strongly recommend The Fox.

Bed was not good

Was a great place to stay! Unique decor with a really neat hot tub! Staff was excellent! Helpful whenever I needed anything. The restaurant on site had delicious food and the staff there was excellent as well!! Will definitely stay there again the next time I go to Banff!!!

The hot hot tub was excellent. The hotel amenities were great, staff amazing and the parking wasnt the best but made do.

For the cost of our stay, we found several deficiencies: Cleanliness of the room. Hot tub & sauna area in need of refurbishment. Breakfast is not included.

The hot pools were warm but not very hot like advertised and the jets didn’t work when we were there, that was the main reason we booked that hotel. Also our room had big water stains on the roof, which wasn’t very to see! Feel we paid to much for what we got in the end

No microwave to reheat food every hotel has one inside but this hotel doesn't have one.

A good solid visit. Rooms are very small but conveniently located close to downtown banff. Ski shuttles were regularly outside. Shower and pipes were VERY loud. You cannot sleep through it and the walls were paper thin as well. The Hot Pool was neat but much smaller than the photos and the sauna wasn't kept very hot either. Staff were nice enough and always available however, they didn’t seem very knowledgeable on any local activities or sights to see this time of the year. Mostly got redirected to available brochures, without much input.

The room was on 2 levels. That was neat. But the the best part was the Cave & Basin hot pool.
