C était propre, oublié pas votre savon il n y en a pas dans la chambre,manque d insonorisation. Le personnel très gentil donne beaucoup d information pertinente.Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. Le tapis des passages aurait besoin d être changer ou laver

Really nice place.

The hall smelled funky and looked weird but the room we had was clean and smelled clean. There was a lot of space, a fridge, hot water and a big counter wich was perfect to get ready. One member of the staff was a little cold with us at check-in, but the others were helpful and welcoming. The pool was amazing, we enjoyed it. There’s pleinty parking space available. There’s no breakfast, but there are close breakfast place to eat. It was the cheapest hotel when I booked and I would absolutely book again. Its rightfully placed in Quebec City and easy to access everything else with the bus.

Très propre, les rénovations de l'air des spa chaud et nordique ont rendu l'endroit beaucoup plus sécuritaire et accessible. Plus beau et confortable également. La chambre très propre, quelques petits bémols, la chaise de bureau était brisée, le tiroir entre les deux lits impossible à ouvrir. La climatisation très bruyante nous avons dû l'éteindre pour pouvoir dormir. Le personnel est hyper accueillant et serviable.

I am completely discusted with disrespectful lying and dishonesty from staff and cleaning people. Left mariage gifts in my room by accident at check out.. after the whole 4 days being there. when the hole staff knew who we were and our cause to be therewith wedding.. when i called and explained where in room i left it.. the room number.. and when i called suposibly know where to be seen . Wow thanks very professional. 👏

Clean room, cheerful staff, good location. Only stayed one night so didn’t use too many amenities but the pool area was beautiful. Older hotel with slightly run down hallways but rooms renovated and clean. Would definitely stay again!

C'est central, accès aux autobus, grand stationnement et un boston pizza à proximité.
