We stayed for 6 nights and didn't get daily room cleaning. We only did it once. You can take your own trash out on the 2nd floor. The bathroom is spacious, with a large bathtub. The 5-foot bed is comfortable. There's a work desk. They provided a complimentary bottle of mineral water. They even provided 2 extra bottles on the day the room was cleaned. 400m from JR Ueno.

Room size is ok than expected. Compared to the price during the festival

Clean rooms, close to shopping and train stations. But the disadvantage is that the breakfast is a little bit of a break. If not counting breakfast only, the hotel is very good. Would stay here again.

The hotel is easy to find, not far from the train station and the heart of Ueno but still quiet to sleep. The room is spacious for the same price paid to other hotel rooms. Bathtub is a normal universal size, not the common Japanese knee-on-chest bathtub.

This hotel is awesome for couples. It's convenient and not too far to reach, walking along the street from Ueno station (following Google Map). The staff is nice. Also, there is luggage keeping service during the day if next night you're gonna change the hotel.

Location near Jr. Ueno. But the front desk clerk was not friendly.

Clean hotel, very strategic location. Only 1 minute from Iriya exit Ueno Station.

Location are great, just one minute from iriya exit ueno Station. Room ate very clean with skytree view. Breakfast are provide at lobby (third floor) but you mist eat it at your own room.

Luggage overnight. If you come back to the hotel again. Delivery to the airport via Japan post, but must be sent before 4 pm.

It's near the train stasion, but the room is too small. They have drink machine with some kinds of hot and cold drink. So we could have it free.

Very near with JR ueno station.. Just take exit Iriya exit. Then walk for 5 minutes... Lobby hotel at 3rd floor. So you must use lift before check in. The male receptionist when we would to keep baggage in the morning, he is very nice and kind. When we want to check in, the female receptionist is not kind and have a bed hospitality... Over all.. the room is good enough,,breakfast is good... Maybe i'll come back to this hotel if I go to tokyo again
